"Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away.
The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door.
The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep.
Loved having the wood burner.
It's an old farm house so if you're expecting all mod cons and aren't prepared to go back to basics just a little...

"This house needs to be condemned. Wow. I don't even know where to start. It was so nasty. Every surface was dirty, dishes in the sink when we arrived. The towels smelled so bad. We killed probably 20 spiders. I cant even explain how gross the shower was. The host said it was professionally cleaned. No. Then we get to the beds. They were so old and rotted. No padding on them at all. We slept with springs in our backs. There are ceilings tiles hanging down from water damage. The floor had...
