Sunrise Waters is positioned on the waterfront with breathtaking 180 degree panoramic ocean views that are enjoyed from both inside and outside the home. When you enter the property you will notice how it fans out towards the ocean and opens up into a generous area that accommodates the kitchen, family, dining and a comfy, casual sitting area that is the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the lapping water, passing yachts and boats, Sunrise Waters even offers Wifi.

The contemporary and functional kitchen is well appointed with streamline fixtures, fittings and appliances. The master bedroom comes complete with ensuite and has been designed to give access to the balcony so you can capture the sea breeze and the stunning ocean view.

The toilet is conveniently separate from the main bathroom and has its own hand basin allowing dual use of the space, the main bathroom comes with a bath , shower and vanity. Concertina doors disguise a laundry space in the entrance hallway and a protective courtyard is a great retreat from the breezes and the summer heat. The property provides one secure undercover parking space.

Sunrise Waters has a permanent residential tenant in the apartment downstairs, each has their separate entrance, the upstairs BBQ outdoor area is for holiday guest use only.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Lovely view but disappointed.

Lovely place to stay , but very overpriced & overrated. Very dated & in need of upgrade. Beautiful view to bay side of soldiers point. Bay foreshore out front not good for swimming as more low tide then high &quite dirty, not as depicted in rental photos. For price charging per night, could have at least provided bed linen, towels toiletries & some kitchen basics (salt pepper coffee milk etc.) Oh & so many notes on walls & furniture requiring you to clean. I am on holiday & don’t need to do the cleaners job.

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING"

Booked a week with Stays at Sunrise Waters Nelson Bay...OUTSTANDING... the whole process was simple and straight forward....this house was spotless and between three couples there was ample space for all, the view was "MAGNIFICENT" and home was bright with great atmosphere...couldn't be happier...

Beautiful location & home but a few issues.

The location is really beautiful, as you walk into the house the big windows make it feel like you are floating on the ocean. It was really nice to sit with a morning coffee watching the ocean. The home is large enough our family of 4 could all lay on the lounges & relax. Unfortunately their is no outdoor table & chairs as is shown on the photos so that was abit misleading...we hoped to eat our meals out on the deck but the deck is quite narrow & now just has lots of uncomfortable chairs in a row. The beach is perfect for kids with gentle low waves although keep an eye out for sharp oysters on the rocks. Short drive to lots of nice beaches & local activities too. Highly recommend dutchies beach, it was our favourite. A really beautiful home but unfortunately we had a few issues with the property itself, on arrival it was quite dirty. Within minutes all our feet were black from the floors & lots of sand that ends up in your bed...yes its a beach house so we expected some sand but it was still disappointing considering you pay extra for cleaning/service fees & it felt as though it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in months. The pillows & beds also had tears and stains on everything so although we paid extra for linen hire which covered that up once id made the beds it still felt abit uncomfortable. When booking we asked about noise as I read a previous review regarding noise issues from building, I was told the below apartment was finished being renovated & was empty but about to be listed....their is also a home being built next door. Unfortunately the new tenants down stairs had loud thumping music, drinking, singing & general loud door banging etc until 3 am for the first 4 nights of our week long stay which woke my baby constantly. The building noise next door wasn't an issue as it was within daylight hours. Overall its a great property & would probably stay again due to location & size of the home + being kid friendly. Just abit frustrating to have had some issues as otherwise it was a great little holiday.

Beautiful view, very relaxing.

Very clean and comfortable. Just as described on listing and kitchen equipped. We loved walking along the sand at low tide and having breakfast our of the balcony.

Beautiful Location!

What a beautiful location for a family holiday!! Outlook was stunning. Shops and attractions were close and easily accessible. Such a treat to wake up on the beach each morning. Downside was that there was no heads up about new house being built next door and renovation of duplex directly below. Construction crew and their music woke us quite early.

Nice

Property was nice. Generally clean, although floors were a bit gritty and sandy on checkin. The view was phenomenal. Unfortunately, the smallish verandah was cluttered with eight chairs (with arms) that wouldn’t stack - impeding the view.

Family friendly on the bay
