"체크인 과정에서 주지도 않은 계약서를 보자고 하는가 하면은, 2박을 하는데 청소는 물론 물,타월을 주지도 않아서 직접 카운터를 가서 수령하는 일, 좀 절차가 미숙하다고 보면 맞습니다. 방 크기도 생각보다 작아서 이틀을 지네겠는가 할 정도였는데, 어쨌턴 지내고 왔습니다. 다음에 또 가라고 하면 노입니다."
