She kindly changed the reservation and gave us a room for the current night rather than the next night which I'd booked. "This was a breath of fresh air in the middle-priced world of hotels. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and a good breakfast (plus coffee in the lobby at all times). Granted, it's relatively new, but if they maintain it properly, it will always be a gem! 10/10 recommend."
