"Our stay at Nevins Newfield Inn was outstanding. We were greeted and welcomed by the proprietors and personally shown to our room in the Lodge. We were given a room facing away from the road as we had requested and on the 1st floor so that we did not need to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no elevator. "WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. "

"Well appointed modern room, well laid out public spaces. The restaurant and bar were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with custom orders as well as a buffet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and went out of their to make our visit enjoyable"
