"I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet the expectations set during the booking process. My primary reason for selecting this property was the Ski-in/Ski-out feature. Upon arrival, I was informed this access had been unavailable for over a month due to weather conditions. I believe that providing advance notice of such a significant service interruption would have been appropriate, as it would have allowed me to manage my expectations or adjust my travel plans.
Furthermore, I encountered some challenges regarding room comfort. When I requested additional blankets, I was informed that none were available due to high occupancy. The linens provided did not reflect the high standard or the premium price point of this hotel. I believe there is a significant opportunity to improve both communication and guest services to ensure the experience aligns with the hotel's reputation and pricing."
