If you are looking for the most convenient access to all that Snowmass Base Village for your upcoming trip look no further! The Capitol Peak condominium complex is located directly across from the gondola and steps to the Fanny Hill chair lift, kids ski school, apres ski activities, restaurants, shops and summer mountain biking and hiking. Located in building B, everything you need for an amazing Snowmass vacation is right outside the building. During the winter months you will greatly appreciate the access for skiing and in the summer months a ride on the gondola brings you up to the Elk Camp Restaurant and The Lost Forrest where you can participate in activities such as the alpine coaster, ropes course and zipline. At the end of the day you will appreciate returning to your comfortably air conditioned vacation rental, a rarity in the mountains.

The open and inviting floor plan will be the perfect setting for enjoying your vacation. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy dining in the condo when you aren't out sampling the restaurants in the base village. The living room area features a comfortable sectional sofa that converts to a queen bed, a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Off the living room is a spacious king bedroom. A full bathroom with tub and shower and a full-size washer and dryer are also located just off the living room.

Start your day with a workout in the fitness area and unwind at the end of the day with a soak in one of the properties hot tubs. The secured elevator from the underground parking garage will take you up to the 3rd floor and the entrance to your vacation rental. Ski storage is located by the front entrance of the building. Grab your skis from the locker room and hop right on the gondola to start your ski day.

Great location and unit in Snowmass Village

Stayed 3 nights here over the 4th of July weekend. Unit was perfectly located in the village base, able to walk to many restaurants and Clark's supermarket. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances/cookware, and the welcome kit provided by manager was nice.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was very convenient with eateries and morning coffee just steps from the entrance. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tubs each evening after long hikes.The condo itself was a very clean and well kept. The layout was great with all accommodations one could need.

Great location

We love Snowmass but our first time in summer months. Disappointed that nothing was open for fun on the mountain until 20th. Really should have been open for a holiday weekend like fathers day. We will check Snowmass of fathers day stay in the future.

Great Stay in Snowmass

We had a wonderful trip to Aspen/Snowmass. This unit in Capitol Peak Lodge was excellent. It was convenient, clean, quiet, and exceeded our expectations. Convenient underground parking, and a ground floor ski locker was easily accessible from the village entrance. The unit is close to shops and restaurants and both the Gondola and Village Express lift. Communication and property guide from the manager was excellent and made check-in and checkout seamless. Would return to this unit again!

Believe it or not the condo was event better than the photos. It is huge with great location relative to skiing and restaurants. We loved the communication from management and would easily stay here again.

Ski base of operations

Property was very close to base area of Snowmass and the parking very convenient. There was a bit of a leaning curve as to which elevator went to which Capitol property and what the best way to navigate the underground warren is. All is obvious once you have explored a bit. Very nice unit and well thought out.

Check in/out process

Room was nice and clean. Great location. The check in process of obtaining the keys then going through the maze of a parking garage trying to find our building/room then lugging our baggage all over was not convenient to say the least. Also, returning the keys at a different location made it difficult especially since we still needed to get back into our room prior to check out time. My husband had to wait for someone to open the door to get back in.

Christmas Getaway at Snowmass

Terrific condo and fantastic location within steps of the elk gondola. Hosts were very responsive. Finding the place and getting the keys and garage pass were tricky. If I could offer a feedback it would be to streamline the whole check in process to save time. Otherwise, the condo was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
