Fantastic Ocean view

This was the perfect home to explore the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. The views are amazing, we will never forget the sunrises. Close to the trail head to Anastrapi, beach front cafe (amazing waffles) as well as the national park. Perfect way to end our week in Iceland!

Heaven on Earth

This place is a gift. Ocean in front of you and volcanoes and a glacier behind you. We more than enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

This place is amazing. It exceeded our expectations. So close to the national park, and the lava tube tour. Great kitchen, dining area and living room. The beds were super nice and comfortable. The view was to die for. We saw whales from the living room. If/when I go back to Iceland, I will 100% be booking here. In a country that prices are 2 to 3 times the prices in the US (not an exaggeration), this property is reasonably priced and well worth the value for the money. You can’t go wrong booking this home.

Amazing views!

This house was extremely spacious! The views from the house of the coastline are amazing, and we saw seals at the beach nearby. The beds were comfortable, and every bedroom had blackout shades. We loved the hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location

Beautiful spot overlooking the ocean. House accomdated our group of 7 including 3 young kids very well. Unlimited sights and activities within range of the house. Highly recommend.

Great house for my family

My family (two adults, two teenagers) had a great time staying at this house. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was super easy. The house is accurately described in the listing and well worth the money. It's a beautiful home with an amazing view. I would happily stay here again and I hope I have the opportunity to do so.

Lovely house with jaw dropping views

The photos of the exterior really do not do this place justice. It is really nice inside, with modern fixtures, two good sized bathrooms -excellent- blackout shades on the bedroom windows, comfortable beds, and an absolutely spectacular view of the coast, with colonies of sea birds circling the cliffs.

Beautiful house at a great location

Clean, spacious, and beautiful ocean view right from the kitchen window. The property managing company was very responsive and the hot tub was ready when we arrived. We were lucky to see bright northern light when soaking in the hot tub. Would highly recommend!

Spectacular Ocean Front Stay near National Park

This was an amazing base for my group of 6 friends to explore the Snaefelles peninsula. The house was clean, comfortable and roomy. The views were jaw-dropping. We are all planning on when we would return to this wonderful home. The only downside is how far away groceries are.

Best of the best!

Pictures do not do this home justice! The location is amazing! The home is very comfortable, beds and pillows are dreamy. Hot tub over looking the ocean…. Cute little cafe a few minutes walk away. You couldn’t ask for anything more. We would absolutely come back here on a visit to Snaefellsness! ❤️❤️❤️

Stayed for 2 nights. The views from this place are AMAZING. Honestly, the pictures of the unit do not do it justice. If you are looking for some peace and quiet to relax, this place is perfect. Shoreline access to an old harbor is a 5 minute walk away. Grab all your food/provisions before arriving. The well stocked kitchen will make you want to cook!

Spacious with beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious villa with all the amenities, including a large kitchen with stunning vistas. Note that the location is quite remote... the owner suggested that we stop for groceries in Borgarnes, which was great advice. But it was a lovely spot to explore the Snæfellsnes peninsula and national park. We were fortunate enough to spot Orcas swimming by from the living room windows. The descriptions and amenities are accurate in the listing. Thanks for a great stay!

Unser Aufenthalt war bestens, wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern unterwegs und das Haus bot super viel Platz und war optimal für eine so große Gruppe. Die Sicht ist einmalig und die kleine Bucht zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Der Outdoor Whirlpool funktionierte nicht, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Parkplatz ist vorhanden und mit Kindern war es ein großartiger Ort mit viel Natur um das Haus. Einkaufen kann man vor Ort nicht und es ist sehr beschaulich - für uns perfekt!

This place was amazing!!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The ocean views were absolutely spectacular. You can walk to the beach and see the seals and marine birds. Definitely stock up on groceries and coffee in Reykjavik or Borgarnes because there are very few places to eat around and they are all far. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials like oil and salt, a coffeemaker, cookware and utensils—so no need to worry about those. There’s also a washing machine which is very convenient after all the volcanic dust from the trails. No dryer though, but a drying rack does the job just fine overnight. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful/Rugged/Hygge

What an experience! Although we missed the final days of the tourist season by a few weeks, the quiet was what we were after. The home was cozy, spacious, and a perfect resting place after cold hikes along the coastline and up waterfalls. Thank you!
