We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake House again this year. Beautiful, clean, roomy house. Peaceful outdoor property, including horses at the fence and gorgeous old trees giving shade to the guests. The house owners live close by and are easy to contact if we needed anything. Very kind and great hosts.Can't wait til next time!

The property was clean, spacious and conveniently located close to the river and town. The setting was perfect, we even had some horses great us each day for a head scratch on our way out for the day!

Very clean and spacious home, perfect for an extended fishing vacation for a family of four. Conveniently located within walking distance to a boat ramp on Lake Seminole and just across the bridge from the Jim Woodruff Dam. Plenty of room for a boat and trailer. Home is well equipped. We had everything we needed. Host is responsive to messages and pleasant to communicate with. Host stopped by for an introduction and to let us know if we needed anything at all to just give a call. Super friendly folks. We make a couple trips per year to this area and going forward, as long as this place is available we'll stay here. There's a well stocked grocery store with a hot deli within walking distance too.

Located near Lake Seminole with great access and view. Johnny Mac’s is a great restaurant with homestyle food. Host was easy to communicate with and very pleased with the house and property. Thank you and highly recommend!

Ed was an absolute dream of a host and truly went above and beyond to make our family stay unforgettable! From the moment we arrived he made us feel welcome, he introduced himself and said if we need anything here’s my number I live right up the hill. The place was incredibly spacious and perfect for the four of us—way more room than we expected, with everything spotless and well stocked. We had an amazing time and created lasting memories with the fam, and the caves in Marianna were super cool. We’re beyond grateful for Ed’s exceptional hospitality and can’t wait to book again next year. Highly recommend!

Great house and location.

The property was very clean and so much space. The host was very accommodating letting us stay another night because of the storm Debby. The location was great for us with our daughter living in Grand Ridge. Very close to restaurants and also a few even deliver with DoorDash. We will be back.

We spent four nights at this charming Sneads property and couldn't be more pleased. The check-in process was seamless—receiving a code ahead of time meant we had no trouble accessing the home upon arrival.The property was exactly as advertised—clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully maintained. We found everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. It was evident that the host takes great pride in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.The location was a true highlight. Nestled in a peaceful area, we felt completely in sync with nature. The surroundings were quiet and clean, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding.What truly set this experience apart was the host's exceptional hospitality. He checked in with us a few times during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and to see if there was anything else he could do to enhance our experience. His thoughtful communication made us feel valued and well cared for.Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience.
