This large unit(1500 sq. Ft.) has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and is located on the 3rd floor of side A of the complex. No neighbors above or on three sides to worry about.

The master bedroom has a private entrance off of the main entrance door. It has a king bed, a 45” hdtv, DVD player and a full size sofa. It also has a kitchenette with your very own microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge and a full size washer & dryer.

The 2nd bedroom has a wicker queen bed, a pullout twin bed, a 45” hdtv and private bath. This 2nd bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony. It sleeps 3.

The 3rd bedroom has two sets of white bunkbeds and sleeps 4.

The living area has a balcony access to watch the beautiful sunsets. There is a large sectional sofa to watch the 55” hdtv and a DVD player.

The full kitchen has a large pantry closet, granite counters, DW, disposal, microwave, Keurig, crock pot and regular coffee maker, small grill, toaster and even a hot dog machine.

FOR STAYS LESS THAN A WEEK You can bring your own linens (sheets and bath towels) or we can rent them for you for $150 including taxes. ONE WEEK STAYS INCLUDE THE FREE LINEN PACKAGE.

For your convenience, there are a few sand chairs, boogey boards, pool noodles and sand toys to use for the week. There are also rainy day games in the living area entertainment section.

This unit is ideal for a large family or two families as it sleeps 9 comfortably. You can make lasting memories with your stay at North Topsail Beach and the prestigious Villa Capriani.

Appliances and amenities are present for your convenience but occasionally fail or are temporarily not in service. Every effort will be made to have them repaired as soon as possible depending on the schedules and demands of the professional service companies. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.

This is the first time we have used VBRO at this particular complex (in the past we have used a realty company). The process was so much easier because of the host. Every step was so easy, the items in the condo were well thought out in terms of what is needed, unit was clean & well decorated, etc. we would highly recommend this host & his property to friendes & family.

The condo was as advertised. The owner was very helpful during the booking process. We have been to Topsail Island about 15 times and 3 of those were at Villa Capriani. This is a great complex with easy access to the beach and 3 pools to choose from.

The elevator has been down for almost a month. That is unacceptable They finally (midweek) replaced the wash station We should not need to make multiple phone calls to get the correct WiFi password on a secured network for our work computer

Everything was great about our stay. The condo was clean, the restaurant owners were friendly and felt like family. We had so much room we wasn’t cramped. The sunsets were gorgeous. The ride to surf city is short and just enough to shop and entertain and then back. We are looking forward to returning. Highly recommend renting a boat and going out in the intercoastal waterway.

This condo is great for large families. Well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Comfortable and well maintained accommodations with easy access to the beach. The owner responds to all communications quickly and great to work with. The next time we head to North Topsail Beach this will be the condo we will rent if available.

This location is right on the beach! Nice strip where they are putting up several houses. There is a restaurant attached to this property building but the wait time is a bit excessive, probably as it is only 1 of 2 on this actual strip. They did have someone playing music almost every night so you get a free show if you might swim! Other restaurants and pizza shops within a 5 minute drive. The condo is very nice and can sleep more than what is actually listed I believe. It has a ton of necessities for the beach, lots of beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas. Really no need to haul any of that here. Lots of extra blankets and pillows too. The only issues we had that I will address is the linen service and cleanliness of the actually building property. The linen service is bear minimum. You get exactly 1 bath towel per person as well as wash clothes and 1 pillow case per person despite all the extra pillows available. Hand towels are one per bathroom and 1 for the kitchen. We didn’t even get a wash rag to clean dishes. There is a washer/drier in the unit but I was a bit disappointed in this service since it’s part of the stay 6-7 nights and it’s included. I’m glad we did not pay for this service. The building property could use some maintenance, love and care. There is a HOA so someone walks around to make sure you have bands on at the pool. Trash cans overflow from the night before and clean up of all the dead bees around the pools was needed.

My Family and I loved this Condo, we had everything we needed. The view is spectacular, the rooms clean and perfect for all of us. Excellent communication with the owner, very responsive and helpful. The condo was perfect for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious layout and the well stocked kitchen! The view from the balcony is beautiful! We had a great stay at Topsail, NC. Communication with the owner was spot on. When we had an issue, the owner did his best to clear it up as soon as possible. We really enjoyed the resort, pools, and the beach. Would definitely come here again.

We enjoyed our stay and was pretty happy with the overall experience. The owner was very responsive when we had a small issue with the HVAC and he got it fixed within a couple of days. My only critique is I feel like the kitchen could have had a few more pots and pans for cooking breakfast in the condo and the elastic in the sheets was completely worn out and the sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a get-away at the beach!
