St Regis Resort is a family-friendly facility located on a beautiful 26-mile-long barrier island on the coast of North Carolina. The address is 2000 New River Inlet Road North Topsail Beach and the unit number is 3511; located in the 3rd building on the 5th floor and faces the north with exceptional views of the ocean, inlet, and sound.

The floor plan includes a beautiful kitchen with 3 year old stainless steel Frigidaire brand appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, oven, glass surface cooktop stove (no steamer pots allowed on stove), microwave, and dishwasher. The refrigerator doors open so that someone wanting a snack or beverage can snag the goods and not have to be standing in the middle of the kitchen. How convenient! Counter appliances include an electric can opener, bagel sized toaster, and combination 12-cup drip coffee maker / single cup-Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with tools to prepare a special land or sea feast including a few cookbooks and overlooks a counter height dining table with seating for six including a bench seat with storage and storage at each end of the table. One kitchen towel, one dishcloth, potholder/oven mitts, dishwasher pods (2), paper towels (1 roll), trash bags (2), dish detergent (1) and coffee filters (2+) will be provided for your stay.

All sliding glass doors are accented with filtered curtains that have very little light blocking so you will know when the day has started and enjoy the beautiful scenery!

The living room includes FRIENDLY TURTLE wall decor, a remote-controlled ceiling fan/light, large flat screen wall mounted TV, a DVD player, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, matching loveseat and chair with ottoman. There are also a couple of poofs for your feet to rest on and a pre-lit palm tree. Linens for the queen sleeper sofa are located in the guest bedroom closet. Various books, DVD's, and games are located under the TV and cushioned bench with storage. Throws are also provided. Sliding doors open to the private balcony with three bar height heavy duty chairs, two stools, and one side table overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and North Topsail Beach.

The unit contains two bedrooms located on either side of the living room, each with balcony access and remote-controlled ceiling fan/light fixtures. The master includes a king size bed, twin sleeper chair (linens/pillows located in the closet), mounted flat screen TV, and full master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes one full size and one twin size bed, mounted flat screen TV, and balcony access. Across the hall is an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Sheets, coverlets, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors are provided for all beds including the sofa and chair sleepers. Each registered guest will be provided with one bath towel and one washcloth. Two hand towels per bathroom will also be provided. Additional bath towels are made available for a fee of $3.00 each when requested PRIOR to the rental date. Hand soap and one roll of bath tissue will be provided in each bathroom. Flush only toilet paper. DO NOT FLUSH SAND, BABY WIPES, PAPER TOWELS, FEMININE PRODUCTS, etc.

A brand new in 2022 apartment sized stackable washer and dryer are located across from the kitchen (NO SAND / SMALL LOADS). Guests will be provided with 2 laundry pods.

Registered guests will receive information directly from VRBO approximately 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival. The host will email additional information closer to the arrival date of reservation. In the meantime, we are here to answer any questions you may have about your upcoming stay with us!
