Oceanfront Escape at Eastern Sails

Eastern Sails awaits you! This three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse will serve as the perfect home base while you enjoy the best that Topsail has to offer! Your private oceanfront access will have you on the beach in seconds and making memories to last for years to come.

Upon entering the property you’ll be greeted by an entry where you can kick off your shoes and start making yourself at home. Up a short flight of stairs you will find the first of three bedrooms to your left. This bedroom features a queen size bed and LCD Television to help you settle in for the night. From this room you have access to a full bathroom, which also offers a jack and jill access through the hallway.

Continuing down the hall you’ll enter the open living area. The oceanfront living room features plenty of seating for the whole gang to enjoy the oversized TV player. Wireless internet is included to keep you connected while away from home. The ceiling fan will keep you cool and comfortable after heading in from a sunny beach day. A rollaway guest bed is provided for extra bedtime options. The oceanfront deck can be accessed from this room and will have you on the beach in no time with your private walkover access.

The kitchen at Eastern Sails, updated in the Spring of 2019, opens up to the living and dining areas so you won’t miss a minute of the action! Everything you need for mealtime and entertaining is provided. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances will help you get things done in style! Bar seating is located at the counter along with a separate dining table, providing plenty of space for your group.

On the third level of the home you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathroom. At the top of the stairs you will find a bedroom to your left featuring a queen size bed and flat screen television. This cozy room will definitely provide you with a tranquil and relaxing retreat at the end of the day!

Down the hall you’ll find the final bedroom featuring two pyramid bunk beds (twin size beds on top and double size on the bottom). This room provides plenty of space for sleeping and is a great spot for the kids. The oceanfront view can’t be beat! A full bathroom joins the two bedrooms with a jack and jill entrance. All of the bedrooms in Eastern Sails provide ceiling fans for extra added comfort on hot summer days.

Eastern Sails can’t be beat for an amazing island experience. Take advantage of all the best that Topsail has offer while you make memories to last a lifetime. Surfing, swimming, shelling fishing, kayaking on the sprawling beaches offer plenty of activities on the Atlantic Ocean. Venture across the road to the intracoastal waterway and experience the calm sound waters where you can kayak, canoe, jet ski or launch your own boat. Topsail has many boutique shops and restaurants as well as several local companies offering rentals and lessons for a variety of water recreation. There is plenty to discover here on Topsail Island!
