Everyone in your family will have the best vacation staying at this property! Not only is it located in a unique location and a great layout. It also has so many on site complimentary amenities for everyone to enjoy. Think of the fun the kids will have with the convenience of on site activities. The following are included. kayaks, paddle boards, surfboards, beach chairs, coolers, beach cruiser bikes, beach carts. Gas grill with propane provided. Outdoor movie projector area. Assorted paddles and life jackets. Linens and cleaning included. Plus more below. This truly unique property offers the best of both worlds. The back yard is located on the canal and overlooks the inter-coastal. While the front of property faces the ocean. There is nothing in front of home except the street and the sand dune. The public beach access is always open and is close, just across the street and 2 houses down. The property has its own private boat ramp and private boat docks. Bring your own boat, swim in the canal or fish, crab or shrimp right off one of the three docks. The back deck is massive. It is the best feature of the property and includes a unique 8 seat TIKI BAR that has its own Smart TV, Blue tooth speakers, fridge, beach decor and lighting. Your family can watch a sporting event or simply listen to music on the Blue tooth speakers. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are an additional two separate lounge areas, a dining area and a chaise lounge area. From the back deck you and your family can watch sunsets, boaters, the kids fish off the docks and the swimmers in your private swimming pool. The gated pool is 28’ x 14’ with 4 loungers and Adirondack chairs. There is a cabana area where you can get shade while still being by the pool. At night you can enjoy the hot tub that over looks the pool and the outdoor movie projector. The movie screen is 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall and is iPhone compatible. Just stream whatever you want to watch. The 2 bunk bed room each have their own private balcony. This home has 2 interior living rooms so the kids and adults can watch their own movies. There are three portable children’s cribs, a high-chair, children’s gate, 8 smart TVs, (a TV in every bedroom plus one in both living rooms and one at Tiki bar TV's are high definition and smart. There are also 2 full size video games, which have 12 vintage arcade games each. The fully equipped kitchen has 2 large refrigerators, an ice maker, oven, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses. The kitchen also has a crock pot, air fryer, and skillet. There is a traditional coffee maker, a kuerig coffee maker, espresso machine and a coffee grinder. The high capacity washer and dryer and the full size second fridge are located in the pantry off of the kitchen. There is a bbq gas grill located on the deck just off of the kitchen. Propane tanks are included completely enclosed pool*

Amazing property and awesome host.

We stayed here for a week. 5 adults and 3 children. This place was amazing. Dolphins just out front every day, fish in the canal, great firepit, and a jacuzzi! The host, John, was very responsive to my questions.

Love the Tiki house!

Family friendly retreat with lots of activity choices. We always love our stay here and can’t wait to come back again. There is plenty of room to gather together and plenty of nooks and crannies for quiet time. It is a beautiful setting to share with family!

Great Family Friendly Place

This property was a great place to stay with my family for a fun filled week. We are still on our trip back home and are already discussing a return trip. This place has so many perks included that the most difficult decision you will have to make during your stay is which activity to do next. Just be sure to stay long enough that you can do it all. We did! Enjoy the ocean and the inlet channel, which are both just a few steps away. Also, be sure to catch the sunrise and sunset, as they are awesome

Tiki house

This house was fabulous! We had grandparents, grandchildren and adults. It had everything right there for us to enjoy. We all went kayaking, swimming, s’more making, fishing, karaoke and lots of laughs. The tiki bar was awesome too. A great place to stay with family. Thank you John for sharing with us.💕

Enjoyed every minute

This was the best equipped house we ever stayed at. Our family included six adults and three children aged six to 10. This home had everything you could imagine to enjoy a trip to the beach. Bikes, kayaks, surfboards, skim boards and life jackets. We all enjoyed the pool. Every room in the house was decorated with a coastal theme. The Tiki bar was a gathering point day and night. We had a small Whaler and a Jetski that we launched on the property and utilized the docks. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would like to return. You will not be disappointed!

Maycation at The Tiki House

Our family had a fantastic stay at The Tiki House in North Topsail Beach! House was very clean upon arrival and is loaded with everything you need for a great week on the water. Very close to the beach and had a blast fishing on the canal. Our young ones really enjoyed all of the games, activities, and movies provided by the host! Of course the hot tub and pool as well. Would definitely stay again, thank you!!!

Perfect getaway

The tiki house did not disappoint. Plenty of space for large groups to relax and have fun. All the beds were comfortable and bedding and pillows were all high quality and new. All the rooms has fans, extra pillows blanks and air purifiers, the host thought of everything! So much to do to keep busy! Board games, outdoor games kayaks, bikes you name it. Everything you need is there, chairs coolers beach carts it was so nice be able to pack light. House is decorated nicely and comfortable indoors and out. We went in April and I was worried about the pool being cold, a few days of full sun on the pool and it was heated up nicely!! On top of all this the owner is quick to respond and the maintenance person Chris was the nicest most hard working guy you could ever meet. We LOVED North Topsail Beach!

Our group of cousins! 6 adults and 8 teens! This property had space for all of us, including beds for all the kids to have their own- which is HUGE! We loved the 2 living rooms, we had a puzzle going and in the other room was Basketball Finals on the TV and games at the dining room table. We ate most meals in and were able to spread out at the Tiki Bar, or dining room. Added bonus- surf boards, boogie boards, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes- which we tried just about everything. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool- yes even though the pool wasn't heated, the area is protected from the ocean breeze and we dipped to cool off. The beach access, was easy and just across the street. It felt like our own private beach, with so many shells and smooth rocks to find. The kids did a couple midnight missions to hunt for ghost crabs, with great success! Thank you so much for all the memories! Let us know if anyone beats MDG's high scores!

Amazing

Awesome place! The outdoor area is fantastic. Owner was very responsive. No issues. House was perfect our family! Highly recommended! Great tiki bar area and the views alone makes it worth it.

Wonderful getaway!

The house has enough space for everyone to spread out and hang out and read a book if necessary. It is not luxurious as indicated in the listing but it was definitely a lot of fun! My only complaint was the riptides 😳

Fun Family Vacation!

This is a cozy and comfortable home with a great layout for our multi-generational family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoors spaces including the tiki bar, hot tub and pool, corn hole & firepit, and the docks on the canal. The use of kayaks and paddleboards was also a plus. The home is in a great location with easy access to a beautiful and serene part of the beach.

Birthday Getaway

This property was super cute and exactly what we needed for a birthday weekend away with best friends. Lots of room and we enjoyed fishing right on the canal. Right across from the beach as well. Super convenient!

Lots of outdoor fun and beautiful views

This property is basically as described, great spaces and comfortable inside. Check in was easy but it was unclear where sheets would be. There are some flies, but it’s the beach and doors are open! Outdoor spaces are the best part with the tiki bar and sunset views, short walk to beach and nice pool and hot tub. We had a great time. Some outdoor cushions need to be replaced for better sitting comfort and kitchen supplies need a refresh. Otherwise a solid fun rental.

Tiki week

It was a windy/rainy week at the beach but the Tiki house had a wonderful outdoor bar, pool and hot tub that made it fun even when the beach itself was inhospitable. John was a very responsive host and any issues were quickly resolved. Highly recommend.
