"We loved our rooms. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed the rooftop area a lot. It was a little bit odd adjusting to not having a window since we naturally use that as an indicator of what time it is and to wake up lol. We did fine though."

"Our experience was pleasant. The room was clean, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the view was beautiful and most of the staff was friendly and courteous. The front desk was excellent. We look forward to another stay."

"Pool was absolutely frigid and so disappointing. I had thought it would be super warm given it is in direct sun. My room carpet had a cigarette burn so was a bit gross. Bed super comfy - but towels were dirty and had stains (I ended up washing them before I used them - especially the washcloth. Cleaning crew needs to use more bleach for whites.)
Lack of WATER a big letdown. Overall - ok stay but would have benefitted from better customer service. Only one girl downstairs went above and beyond -...
