This hotel requires a $ 100 security deposit that they put on your credit card. When you check out, they say it’s refunded but they don’t give you any documentation to show you that it’s done. They say you will see it on your statement but your bank may take a few days to process it. . When I checked out they tried to tell me, I owed for 1 night. But I had paid through Expedia, so it took them awhile to resolve it.
The room was very clean and I was pleased to see a top sheet and then a comforter in lieu of just a duvet.
In the lobby,
There is a Keurig coffee station set up, but no kettle. As a result, the hot water selection for tea, as a distinct aroma and taste of coffee, so I couldn’t drink it. Not sure if it is cleaned daily.
Breakfast was passable. Cooked sausage rounds, egg rounds ( both microwaved, I suspect) yogurt with toppings, cereals, make your own waffles, apples/ clementines, bread, English muffins , cookies and a very poor version of a muffin. Again I suspect it was frozen and defrosted. Didn’t have a discernible taste. It was kinda pink so maybe Cherry? My suggestions:
1 ) Get a kettle for tea
2). Get some decent muffins
3) Expedia needs to make you aware that a security deposit is required
The good news about this location is it’s surrounded by fast food restaurants.
