Beautiful four bedroom home located in easy walking distance to popular Smiths Beach.The two storey chalet style home is surrounded by lush gardens in a fully enclosed yard, a well-furnished deck, outdoor spa, a cubby house and plenty of space for the kids to play and a outdoor shower.
Inside the master mezzanine bedroom, parents retreat with a private balcony, has a king bed and full en-suite bathroom including a spa bath and Three downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped making cooking a breeze, with plenty of glasses crockery to cater for family groups, including dishwasher, coffee machine, but the amazing chalet windows look out to a lush garden capturing the garden views inside. This is no ordinary house, the chalet style is very unusual making your holiday unforgettable, not to mention the coonara log fire. Free wifi.
Pets are welcome in the fully enclosed yard ($200 dog bond applies). The children will love the cubby house, there is a portacot and highchair and an extra set of built-in bunks (small single sized, not included in bed count).

Bedroom 2 - Double bed - plus small built in single bunk (only suitable for children)

NO LINEN SUPPLIED - Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to BYO LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
