"What a lovely house! The 3 of us came in just to visit Punxsutawney and fell in love with Smicksburg! We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely return. The check in was simple and parking in the back worked out great. The kitchen is enormous, stocked with plenty of utensils/dishes, soap, plastic wrap, salt/pepper shakers. There aren't many restaurants in the area, so making full use out of the kitchen was very helpful. In addition, there was a cute little coffee/tea setup, full water...

"This was as a convenient location to downtown and worked well for a place to stay while visiting family from out of town. House was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Chris was wonderful to work with and always there if we had a question or needed a recommendation."

"This was the perfect break. Completely calm, peaceful, accommodating space. We enjoyed the moss-covered walking paths, and quiet time on the front and back decks. We would gladly return!"

"My brother and I were very impressed with the serenity and peacefulness of The farmhouse we loved every minute of it we heard the stream running the storm was even beautiful I our dog was very normal he enjoyed everything of his day there as well I go back again and again the host was great the wife cooked us some great bread thanks Lynn we really appreciate it and Greg was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and gave us nice stories and tidbits about The farmhouse thank you so much...

"This is a very nicely renovated home, the listing is very accurate and so are the pictures. The curtains are thin so if light bothers you sleeping this may be an issue. A very common item not in the listing or provided is a coffee pot or cups. So if you are in the 66% that drink coffee bring you own,or plan to go buy it somewhere, which adds cost to your trip. Everything else is very nice great appliances, the kitchen is well equipped. "

"This was an overnight stay!! Wish we would’ve booked longer & will know next time.LOL It was such a beautiful place, very quiet. Loved the view we had from our back deck. All the amenities you would need from dishes, silverware, pots & pans, laundry facility w/laundry soap. Outdoor grill, Fire pit & the Hot tub was definitely a wonderful addition!! The property manager answered any questions we had promptly!! I would definitely recommend them!! "

"I stayed here for three months while working at a local hospital. This was my fifth travel contract and this was probably the best housing I've had so far. There was a dishwasher, washer, and dryer and even though I was there mostly in winter/early spring the deck was a great addition. Very clean and comfortable. Would wholeheartedly recommend!"

It was so nice to get away during the winter to a cozy nature like setting we really enjoyed the views the hot tub being able to cook together and get away from the hustle and bustle of work and day-to-day responsibilities. Peter was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and we will definitely return. "

"We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep."

"Enjoyed our brief visit to Kittanning made better with this property! Chase was very responsive to our inquiries. The property was located above a store front on Jefferson. No problem with parking on street. The apartment was comfortable and Huge! We definitely will stay here again!"

"My partner and I went for a short stay for an anniversary. The view was beautiful and space was very professional and clean with a great shower and tub. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the grill worked great for our porkchops.We went in the winter and we loved the hottub with a stellar view! Nearby trails and camp-like neighborhood were cozy and lovely.Peter communicated well and we worked through a small snafu easily.We had a great stay! Thanks, Peter!"
