"The apartment was quite functional, but now well maintained. Sleeper-sofa was broken and quite uncomfortable. Cabinets in bedroom did not close properly and the place was in need of a good paint job. Lamp in livingroom flickered and shut off. Not possible to get second key. Internal doors should have been lockable. Very early check-out time. One elevator was down. Took forever to get an elevator at check-put time. "This worked well for us when visiting for a few days. The space was small, but had a lot of amenities. The only issue we had, is the temperature. It would have been nice to turn the temperature lower and/or have the ability to open the window, the space was very warm, which made it hard to get comfortable for sleeping."

"This was just what we were looking for. The hotel was close to Earl's court tube station in a nice neighborhood and had plenty of shops close by to pick up something for dinner. Although some of the cabinets and the floor were rather worn, the room was clean and it spacious by UK standards and had all of the amenities that we were looking for, kitchenette, washer, and a decent size closet for our clothes. "Upon opening the front door to this elegant location, we were first struck by the gleaming marble(?) floors. Our apartment was equally gleaming and pristine. I find many accommodations in charming historical settings are not always able to sparkle in this way. We were in the Bloomsbury neighbourhood and location was wonderful and we enjoyed walking to many lovely shops pubs and restaurants as well as being able to conveniently access the Russel Square Tube station. We will definitely return....
