"Came in for the weekend. The check in was super easy. Came inside and got settled. All three rooms had queen size beds. Im a big guy and need a big mattress. All three beds were super comfy. Rooms were adequate for what I needed. This place would have worked for me if I was here for a month or just a weekend. Awesome little cottage! "Place was beautiful and accommodating. With being on a river there are flying bugs and spiders to contend with but the covered porch made it a non-issue. Beautiful dock to enjoy sunsets! Very relaxing family weekend! "

"We had the absolute best time at this waterfront property in Jarreau. We typically take a beach trip this time of the year, but because of our new addition ,(daughter born in May), we needed something a little easier. We stayed here for our sons 12th birthday celebration with our friends. If you’re tired of your kids staying inside, eyes glued to their devices, this is the place to take them! "Our host was quick to respond and very easy to get in touch with. The house had everything that we needed and more, which wasn’t even mentioned. The back porch was amazing as was the 2 story pier. The location was also top notch as the only boat launch, convenient store, and restaurants for miles around was just a minute away. Also, to make things easier on us, we just paid to park our boat trailer at the launch during our stay. Our family can’t wait to go back! "

"I own a camp two doors down and had my mother and father, my sister and brother in law, my two nieces with their husbands stay at this property. Extremely clean and plenty of space. My parents don’t travel much anymore but really enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend this property. My mother and father said they’d stay there and only there WHEN they visit again. "

"This cabin stay was exactly what we needed. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. We loved sitting outside and just taking in nature. There was also plenty to do in St. Francisville during the day. We had a wonderful time and we will be back!"
