"It was a great place to stay, the nicest we have been to in our many stays at Dewey Beach. The house was clean and well-appointed. Even the cookware was of good quality. The unit was ideal: an end unit with a clear view of the beach (sunrise) and up the beach in both directions. We would gladly stay there again. The host was very friendly and responsive. All good in every way. "

"This place was perfect for young families, grandparents, and pets. We absolutely loved the screened in porch. We spent most of our time out on it telling stories, carving pumpkins, and planing our day. It is a great location to the beach and away from the noise of main shop street. "We really enjoyed staying in this charming cottage. The screened in porch was wonderful for drinking morning coffee, eating, and just relaxing. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and the patio delightful for the humans. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking. The decor was lovely. "Great location right off the beach! Lots of room for our group of 20. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked and has two of every appliance -- fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc. We were there late in the season, so under the couch and under some of the beds could have been cleaner, but nothing we couldn't live with. "Our stay at this beautiful home was wonderful! We have stayed at many properties over the years, but this was definitely one of the best. The location was convenient to town , yet in a quiet neighborhood which afforded us a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house was immaculate and so spacious. "Clean, comfy, quiet room. Just a street away from the main drag and just a few blocks from the beach. The room is really good. The only negative is the parking spaces - they are very tiny. They really need to redraw the lines it appears they have the room to make the spaces a bit bigger. If you have a mid/large SUV or a truck you are going to struggle to move in that parking lot and you won’t fit into one of the drawn spots. "
