"Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice."

My room was spotless with an updated and spacious bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and there was a cozy reading chair as well. I loved the thoughtful decorative nods to the Berkshires and its history throughout. My only suggestion would be an adjustable desk chair as it was pretty low."
