The open and fresh kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room, which overlooks the tranquil forest, creating an ideal setting for family meals. Step outside onto the upper deck, where a propane BBQ and comfortable seating await, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining while enjoying the crisp mountain air. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located upstairs, and a baby gate ensures safety for little ones at the top of the stairs. Venture downstairs to discover two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and a smart TV for your entertainment. Great cozy cabin in the Mountains

This place was perfect for our family of four, and so close to Skypark Santa’s Village and the ski mountain resorts. Also close to Lake Arrowhead town, would definitely stay here again!

Home was nicely clean and with everything you will need throughout your trip. It has great spacious rooms and was very comfortable. Everything was perfect!

Cozy Cabin

Plenty of space for 4. Kitchen well stocked, we were able to cook two full dinners easily. Loved the fireplace.

Loved the cabin. It was clean and comfortable. We did have to use our own streaming service since nothing was logged in but that wasn’t that big of a deal. The parking is difficult and there is really no room to turn around, not sure how two cars are able to park in that spot but we made it work

Amazing

I took my granddaughter to Santa’s Village for her Christmas gift. We rented this cabin because of the close proximity to SV and everything else. We loved the cabin and really enjoyed having a fire every night. It’s nice that it’s right off the main highway but far enough in so it was quiet. Will definitely rent here again.

Great place to just hangout

The cabin was just the right size and the pricing was reasonable. We loved being able to sit out on the upper balcony. Although we didn’t expect or think we’d need it, it was really great that there was a washer and dryer if needed - and as it turned out we did. Parking is challenging as there is only just enough space to get one mid size vehicle parked and with the narrow road it’s really tough to turn the car around. A parking buildout would be nice but still a wonderful place for a getaway.

Heat Wave

We stayed at The Treehouse in Lake Arrowhead during a heat wave; I would not recommend anyone do that as there was no way to get cool in the house other then the fans provided which while well intentioned did little to make being in the house comfortable. The house itself was cozy and well maintained and other than the questionable carpeting in the bathroom was a fine place. We might try again when the weather is more temperate.

Nice location.Cute cabin, sadly beds uncomfortable :(

The location was great as we were there to ride bikes at SkyPark at Santa's Village and this is only 3 miles from it. The cabin was easy to locate. Parking tight, one vehicle only! Older and dated but overall nice. Loved the balcony and deck. Liked that there are 2 bathrooms. Then we went to bed :( The bed to the right of the stairs, with the black metal frame was so squeaky and wobbly that every move by myself or my husband woke us up; mattress also not great. The other bed was quiet but mattress VERY firm. Also since it was August was a bit warm for sleeping. Maybe put a stationary fan in the bedrooms? The ceiling fan in the living room was great! Didn't use kitchen or TVs, WiFi was good.

I’ve had better stays

I loved the outside aesthetics of “The Treehouse.” Once we arrived, we found many bugs inside the cabin. While the surfaces, towels and toilets appeared spic and span, all else was not. The place smelled musty (dusting was needed because windows are constantly open for fresh air from previous stays as we needed to do too), there were lots of spider webs on the corners of the walls. I have pictures of a dead mosquito on the kitchen counter the size of a house key and on a bedroom wall smashed, plus a live spider in the bath tub the same size! Had my husband and I not lived far, we would have driven back home that check in night. Vacasa on the other hand handled accommodations and details with effiency. Next time, I hope to have a better stay like I’ve previously had at other cabins without the nervous fear or anxiety of bugs.

Clean…but false advertising

Quaint little cabin, nice and clean. However, the thermostat has a sign to not turn heater over 55 degrees…a little unrealistic when it’s 30 degrees out. Also, there were no matches or lighters to turn on the gas fireplace. So it was a very cold stay. The ad lists Netflix as one of the amenities, but we tried on main TV and you would have to log in with your own Netflix account. So a little false advertising stating Netflix and gas fireplace, when there’s no way to light a fire or watch Netflix. We called Vacasa customer assistance line to ask about those items and they were no help, terrible customer service. Too bad, would have loved to leave a more positive review. Won’t be staying here again.
