"Room was disgusting, had previous peoples hair in the sink, bathroom was old and crusty, not cleaned well at all. Had some lady bang on our door in the middle of night 3 separate times, she seemed drunk. If it wasn’t for our literal exhaustion from traveling we would’ve left to another hotel asap. The staff is very friendly and are always smiling and helpful! 2. The entire hotel is spotless and brand new looking 3. The parking is easy and safe 4. The breakfast is awesome! Wide variety of food choices. 5. The price you pay to stay there is reasonable and you definitely are getting your money’s worth."

"We arrived at 4:45pm and had to wait 30 minutes to get our keys. The staff didn't offer any compensation. The room was okay, but it had no power outlets on the night stand for my CPAP machine. We waited another 30 minutes for an extension cord. The breakfast was very minimal. Overall it was way overpriced -- it had no elements of Hyatt luxury. It's just a basic hotel."

"The property was clean, well maintained and quiet. My room was the same, bed was very comfortable, and had a couple different types of pillows to choose from (I prefer medium/firm, and there was 2 of those, as well as 2 soft, already provided without having to ask). Shower/bathroom was clean and no shortage of hot water, definitely made for unwinding at the end of a busy work trip enjoyable and relaxing. Staff was helpful and very courteous, always polite and ready to help if I needed anything....

"This property is old & outdated. My door knob was wobbly & stuck every time I tried to open the room door. The room was dark & depressing. Bed was uncomfortable. I paid two nights & just stayed one night to return to the comfort of my bed."
