"When I arrived the guy at the reception desk tried to give me a room thats very different to what I booked online. The photoes, the facilities were all different. The room didnt have balcony or was not large enough. When told him that it was not the room I booked for, he insisted it was. "By far one of my favourite places to stay in Georgia. Room was spectacularly clean with two free waters, nice hotel staff. Only issue was I found what looked like ants all around the fridge and desk as I was about to check-out, likely from my open pack of skittles. So tip: dont leave any open foods, or u might end up in the same situation as I was! Still 5 stars."

"Das Hotel ist im Industriestyle gehalten, sehr minimalistisch. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption hat uns mehrfach geholfen mit Buchungen. Das war super. Leider hat es die ganze Zeit im Zimmer gemüffelt. Eine Badewanne ohne Duschkabine ist nicht so toll. Gerade für ältere Gäste gestaltet sich der Ein- und Ausstieg als eher schwierig."
