"Beautiful old building, great location and good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Downsides were the shower curtain was tired/old/dirty and the towel rail was on/hot in the height of summer with no ability to turn it off. This felt like a waste and bad for the environment as well as heating the room up when it wasn't needed. Also the shower temperature could not be changed, so it was cold for ages then very hot, with no ability to do anything about this!"

"Very comfortable, functional & convenient stay. I needed one nights B&B as I was playing in 2 England Golf competitions.
North Shore was perfect.
Relatively small room but wasn’t in it very long, so didn’t matter.
Excellent breakfast.
Bar in the evening was very quiet but the bar staff were very friendly & helpful."

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant with plenty of wardrobe / drawer space. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm as the heating was on. I would have scored 100% but for a small leak on the shower cubicle bottom seal and the shaver/mirror light wouldn't work - nit picking really but shows this review is honest. Even so, overall far better than could be expected for the price."

"Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "

"Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely.
I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted,
I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again"

"We stayed in the family deluxe room, we enjoyed our stay and loved how close to everything it was the only down to our stay was the sick smell which we got rid of on the first day other than that we enjoyed it and would definitely be going again "

"A decent week in a very hot Skegness, in a room that got the sun all afternoon. The shower was no bigger then a Phone Box & being a big Northern Lad found it a tight squeez."

"The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....
