"This is the perfect cottage to explore Skye. Ideal for a family of four. We slept well, the shower is good and every thought has gone into this self catering accommodation (not one but two hairdryers, sharp kitchen knives, dishwasher tablets, treats!). We arrived with everything we needed food and drink wise (I recommend you do as well as it's a drive to the shops) but also ate locally at the inn which was fine and lively. There's an excellent playpark across the road and a pottery. "

I cooked two of our three nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The last night we were there it was rainy and cold. The log burner was a welcome addition. "The cottage is very quaint. There was a little confusion over laundry facilities as the description said there was a dryer but in actuality there wasn’t. However the owner quickly responded when we messaged her. The farmer next door is a delight to chat with. He’s a lifelong resident and he shared a lot of stories about growing up there. It was also fun walking down to the water and finding treasures down at the shore. "

"The cabin we stayed in was lovely with spectacular views. It was cozy and had everything you could think of. Close to restaurants and food shopping and a great jumping off point for touring the Isle of Skye. Great place !"

"The Caravan is in a good location, in an easy walk to town. Yes, it has a view of the driveway, as in the photos, but you can also see the bay and mountains beyond. The heating is excellent, the beds are comfy and we felt very good here. The kitchen is reasonably well-equiped and is a bonus, as there are few good restaurant options near by. (Do drive up to Pizza in the Skye near Portree; a truck but outstanding pizza). Ideal for two, perhaps four would be a bit of a squeeze. It is an old...

"5 minute walk to all town amenities, was great to have a fridge and cooking facilities, hosts were friendly. Across the road from the beach and walking path. Highly recommend!"

"Loved staying in the wonderfully appointed cabin, it had everything you could need for basic meal cooking. The shower as terrific, as was the bed. The cabin was very clean. This was one of our favorite places to stay on our 2+ week long Scotland trip. The views from the cabin were especially nice too."

"This place was amazing and exceeded expectations! The views were out of this world and a bonus is that it is essentially a sheep farm so lots of sheepys around as well. The room was great and bed was comfy - only suggestion would be to add some shelf space in bathroom and shower for toiletries. "

"We loved Isle of Skye and the this house was lovely. The sunroom was my favorite. The laundry was a definite plus too. We had a slight difficulty with how to get in but this was a vrbo issue and not an owner issue. All in all it was great. Would love to return one day!"

"A great place to getaway and just enjoy the solitude. We had a cozy fire in the comfort of this beautiful Croft house. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well equipped. It does not disappoint!"
