Skaneateles house close to village

Close to town. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath home is located in the township of Skaneateles and is centrally located just 2.5 miles from the center of the village and the skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities.
Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new appliances, dining table, living room with smart tv to access Netflix and amazon prime, three bedrooms and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The washer/dryer is also located on the main level of the home. A fourth bedroom with queen bed is located on the lower level which also has a full bath.

The home has a large deck to watch the sunrise and an outdoor eating area equipped with a grill for barbecuing. The deck is accessible from the porch outside of the kitchen as well as from the French doors in the master bedroom.

Driveway available to accommodate four vehicles. Travelers to Skaneateles can choose to stay busy by site seeing, wine tasting, shopping, enjoy fine dining, or just sitting by the lake and reading a book. Great location with all the comforts of home!

We had a great time at the house! It was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved using the patio and the fire pit in the backyard. The rooms were spacious and fit 4 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room to spare! The location was also ideal. Still close enough to town to enjoy all Skaneteles has to offer, but located in a quiet area with a huge backyard. The hosts were also very responsive with any questions and provided us with thorough details about the property. I would definitely return!

Close to Town.

We were pleased with the house and its accomodating size. It looks small from the outside but the bedroom and full bath in the basemwnt are a plus. The house water is well water, so we drank bottled water. The appliances and kitchen supplies were great. The porch was a little dirty with leaf debris and spider webs when we arrived. Both toilet seats were loose during our stay and we notified the owner when we left.

Mirbeau wedding

We were in town for my son’s wedding and this 4BR 2BA home was the perfect size and layout for one couple and two adults. The location is convenient to town The deck and yard were a nice place to get some sun and relax. This is a well kept, clean and beautiful home. Will definitely book again when in the area!!

Funeral stay

The home was warm, had all the amenities and easily and comfortably furnished. Only negative was the need for snow removal upon arrival, none of the walks or steps or the driveway was shoveled. The host should have had that done.

Our Family stay this winter

I wanted to share how perfect this house was for our recent Family stay. The house had everything we could need, was very clean and so easy to fit our extended family. The four bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen perfectly equipped. The hosts were extremely accommodating in every respect, and so responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful modern home

This property is wonderful. Some friends and I stayed there during a Skaneateles Dickens Christmas and we had an amazing stay. The property looks very recently renovated and was absolutely immaculate from top to bottom. The kitchen was equipped with beautiful high end LG appliances and we had all we needed in the kitchen to prepare a meal one of our nights. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, the beds were cozy and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us to spread out and have some privacy when we wanted but was well laid out and spacious enough to be able to enjoy each other's company very easily as well There were many thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay feel more comfortable and homey. We weren't within reasonable walking distance of downtown Skaneateles but just a short drive or Uber ride away. Highly recommend this property and host!
