Come escape to our little slice of country heaven! This beautiful, lodge inspired, pet friendly (fully fenced back yard) country home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It offers a spacious open floor plan relative to the living room and dining area and a well stocked kitchen when you want to enjoy a home cooked meal! This beautiful property sits on over two acres and is extremely private. The great part about this home is that you are in the country yet you are only one mile from downtown Skaneateles! Downtown Skaneateles has a multitude of shopping and dining options at your fingertips. You can also enjoy swimming, fishing and even take a boat cruise and enjoy all of what beautiful Skaneateles Lake has to offer!



The Space:

On the main floor, there is a kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bath. On the second floor there are two more two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds along with two full bathrooms.



Guest Access:

Guests will be emailed and texted a key code 30-60 minutes prior to the 4pm check in time.



The Neighborhood:

This is a country home situated on two acres just one mile from downtown Skaneateles



Getting Around:

Due to the business of the road, we do recommend driving to downtown Skaneateles. We are right near the Charlie Major trail if you want to take your fur baby for a walk!!



Other Things to Note:

Located only 1.9 miles from the Sinclair wedding venue



**Primary guest will need to be 25 years of age or older, required to sign the owner's personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) and provide a valid proof of I.D.



**Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby receptions, brunches, etc.



**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc. is found)
