"This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed the calls of the loons, the dock and the fire pit. The only draw back (which is also a plus for a nature escape) is that it took about 30m minutes to get to town so come prepared with food for the...

"My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time here. Everything was clean and ready to go so we could just focus on having a good time. The game room was so fun we even had fun when the weather was bad and could not be on the lake. The lake was a perfect size for the teenagers to kayak on the lake independently. Would recommend! "

"The cabin was decorated so wonderfully! Very cozy with everything we needed. Beds were great. Enough bathrooms. Property was located right next to boat landing which was very handy. Cabin dock was still in the water which is unusual at the end of October. We were able to go fishing each day with a couple of nice sized fish caught by my grandsons. Made their trip! I would definitely recommend."
