"Relaxing location and everything you need is there. Lou, the property owner, was on location most days and provided valuable information when he wasn't busy tending to the grounds and cabins. Great place at a reasonable price. "

"The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...

"We had a fantastic short getaway. The house and location are fantastic, the area is full of fun things to do and great places to visit and dine. Our host was tremendous, recommending great places for dinner and making us feel very welcome. Next time we’ll stay longer and bring the boat since the home has a private slip."

"Loved our 3 day getaway to Breezy Bay cottage 10. Very nice 2 bedroom cottage that's very well kept and clean. Not to mention it's literally feet from beautiful Lake Nokomis. And a nice sandy beach just 100 feet down the road. We'll definitely be back. "

"Check in was easy and clear and the house was awesome with a great set up with everything we needed for our family vacation. Communication was easy with Adam if we needed anything but it was pretty stocked!"

"Seems like it is a new VRBO, the property is nice, great location. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Maybe they are working on it. However half of our occupants were miserable and overheated, which made for a less than ideal vacation. Yes there were a couple box fans. The front door handle fell off Saturday, still was not fixed by the time we left tuesday. There is no actual private water access, the shoreline needs to be trimmed down and some sort of dock added, or not, but the shoreline is...

"My daughter and 2 granddaughters decided on a weekend getaway for Mother’s Day weekend. My granddaughters enjoyed kayaking, we fished of the docks (we all caught something). Ended the evening with a bonfire.Lots of laughs and lots of memories made.I am so happy to have stayed here. I highly recommend staying here."

"I knew it was going to be "nice" but it turned out to be far more. Manicured walking trails thru the woods, a kitchen equipped to prep a gourmet meal for 10 or more, great-sized bedrooms, fabulous A/C, garage parking, etc. 'Already booked a stay for next year. The hosts are amazing, deserve a premier plus rating."

"Beautiful cottage and the host is so communicative. She let me know the day prior that an early check in was available for our stay which helped tremendously. Our group cooked a few nights and the kitchen had all supplies we needed. The pontoon boat was absolutely a highlight as well. "
