"My daughter and 2 granddaughters decided on a weekend getaway for Mother’s Day weekend. My granddaughters enjoyed kayaking, we fished of the docks (we all caught something). Ended the evening with a bonfire.Lots of laughs and lots of memories made.I am so happy to have stayed here. I highly recommend staying here."

"This was such a beautiful place! I stayed 2 nights with my husband and two children and wished that we booked another night! The property was really cool nestled along huge pines. There was a nice seating area with a fire pit and plenty of wood. The river was a nice treat! My boys caught brooke trout and some chubs. At night its pitch black and you could see the stars well. An outdoor shower topped it off!The host was amazing and very responsive. I would highly recommend it to friends. "

"Great location. House was very clean and organized. Had good supply of cooking equipment. Beautiful lake property Did not use the basement at all. Felt unsure about the stairs without a hand rail. "

"The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...

"Responsive host. Quiet location. Beautiful lake views. All the amenities you might need for a relaxing lake vacation. Our only complaint was the mosquitos. Definetly bring your bug spray and a thermacel if you have one. "

"My daughter ran her first marathon in Minocqua and finished in 4 hours and 13 minutes!! Property was very clean and it had a beautiful property to enjoy the quiet outdoors. Boys did some fishing as well! Did not have any hot water - otherwise this place was a 10! Thanks for sharing!"

"It was snug for more than a couple of folks and gear but sufficed for a place to overnight. Parking was easy to get in and out with a trailer and location was convenient to town. Host was promptly responsive to inquiries. Nice setting on the lake."

"This is not our first stay here and we will continue until Alex won't have us anymore! The house is immaculate and has everything we could ever need for our weekend stay. Alex is always available in the event we need something or can't find it in the house, even stopping over to refill the toilet paper, which you need with six women in a house! You also can't beat the location. You are walking distance to a gas station and a liquor store, while still feeling like you are secluded and...

"My pool team and I go to Tomahawk every year for the annual womans pool tournament. We needed to book a place to stay and I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Amazing communication and the property was outstanding, it literally felt like home. "

"This is our second time staying here. Both times were great. Susan is very quick to respond to any questions. The lake offers good fishing, particularly for bass, and it leads to another large lake. Long Lake is massive and has a lot of wildlife on it. The cottage was very nice, clean, and up to date. Everything that was listed in the listing was provided and very accurate. We will be back in the future. "

"We had a wonderful stay at your home. The kitchen was a perfect size for preparing meals for 8 adults and 4 little ones. The main living area was a lovely size for relaxing and catching a movie with the family. The additional cottage worked out perfectly for our son's family. The Tomahawk area is a great place to find plenty of fun things to do. We are hoping to be able to plan our next family vacation together with your home in mind. Just depends on how many little ones we will need to cater to...
