The apartment:
The SUNBEAM apartment in Sitges, located on a second floor with no lift, is cozy and perfectly equipped for a self catering stay.



The lounge area has a sofa bed suitable to accommodate an occasional guest (under request), a dining table with four chairs and has access to a small terracewhich also has a wooden coffee table and two armchairs.



The terrace offers stunning views out over the beach and it’s the perfect place to just sit with a glass of your favorite drink and soak up the laid back atmosphere of the San Sebastian Beach area.



The modern separate kitchen has all you need for self catering.



The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower.



The bedroom is at the end of a small corridor and has a double bed 150x190, bedside tables with lamps and a good-sized wardrobe.

The SUNBEAM apartment has an air conditioning unit at the entrance of the double room.



Furthermore, from the bedroom, our guests can access a small rear terrace with the washing machine is located.



The apartment is above a restaurant so there is a certain amount of ambient noise from the terrace below. Anyway, this is not an impediment to have a good night rest as the bedroom overlooks the rear of the building so the noises out on the street doesn´t reach there.



The SUNBEAM apartment in Sitges is a lovely accommodation in a great location with amazing views. In addition guests can enjoy free fiber optic Wi-Fi service, newly installed in the apartment.

The SUNBEAM apartment is a fantastic option for those who enjoy spectacular sea views as it's located right on the sea front, at San Sebastian Beach, with amazing views out over the Mediterranean and the picturesque old quarter of Sitges.



The pedestrian street below is a recently renewed promenade lined with wonderful cafes and restaurants serving all type of meals, but mostly specialized in sea food and paellas.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

Très bel emplacement, bon acceuil par Manel. petit bémol pour la literie qui ne me convient toujours pas car la même que l'an dernier, pas faite pour 100kg.la baie vitré coté plage à gauche ne ferme pas et idem pour celle de la chambre coté droit.cela ne rassure pas.

Emplacement au top

Appartement situé au meilleur emplacement de sitges. Du canapé, on peut observer la mer et c est top. La chambre est située à l opposé de la rue donc c est calme. La litterie est de bonne qualité. Le menage est fait par des pro dc c'est très propre. Le canapé est de bonne taille egalement et confortable. La clim est très appréciable egalement. Pas d ascenseur dans le logement mais est situé au 2ème, dc c est largement faisable. Il n y a pas d odeur de friture ds l appart malgré la presence de resto au Rdc. Le bruit de la rue n est pas genant qd on se trouve dans la piece principale une fois la baie vitrée fermée. Les placards sont pratiques et le fait d arriver et que le lit soit prêt, c est top! Serviettes egalement fournies. Le concierge Manel est très accueillant et reactif! La reservation s est très bien passée. Axes d amelioration : la cuisine est petite et il n y a pas de lave vaisselle. Manque quelques elements comme un econome, essoreuse à salade, saladiers et un entendoir à linge. Il y a un fil à linge mais donne sur la cours intérieure et n est pas suffisant qd on fait une machine et qu on etend les serviettes de plage et toilette. La salle d eau est petite et l espace douche est étroit.

Bewertung der Unterkunft und des Gastgebers

Schon vor dem Reiseantritt wurden wir durch den Gastgeber kontaktiert, sodass alle relevanten Informationen ausgetauscht werden konnten. Auch am Reisetag begrüßte uns der Gastgeber (Manel) sehr herzlich und wir konnten problemlos einchecken. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist überragend. Sie liegt direkt an der Promenade von Sitges. Mit den Parktipps vom Gastgeber, haben wir jedes Mal einen Parkplatz in der direkten Umgebung gefunden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ebenfalls unschlagbar. Der Balkon bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Sandstrand und das Meer. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ausreichend, aber nicht besonders groß. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls ausreichend, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schlafzimmer war völlig in Ordnung. Bei Problemen war unser Gastgeber schnell erreichbar und half sofort. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung für diese Unterkunft, wenn man eine super Lage mit toller Aussicht in Sitges haben möchte.

Wonderful location and great view

We have stayed in Sitges many times and always like to stay in this area. Great location, easy walk to the train station, shops, restaurants, beach promenade, etc. The apartment is comfortable. Yes, the kitchen is small but it is well equipped and functions fine. The management company was really good to work with and communication was very quick. Manel, the on site contact in Sitges was super nice and gave us his recommendations about some local places which were new to use and they were very good. El Cable up the street was great for tapas. They will arrange a taxi pick up/return from the airport if requested. Nice time as always in Sitges and look forward to going back soon.

Great apartment

I had a wonderful stay in Sitges at the Sunbeam apartment. Very clean, great location, beautiful views, nicely furnished, quiet and comfortable. The reservation process was easy, and it was very nice that Manel, the welcome agent, met me at the train station and walked me to the apartment. I would be happy to stay there again if my travels bring me back to Sitges!

The location and the sea view from the property were amazing

A nice compact flat on the San Sebastion beach front at the edge of the old town. Plenty of good restaurants and bars close by. Pluses - location, view, comfortable living area, washing machine, comfortable bed. A few things to make it 5 star like a table on the balcony suitable for eating, a microwave, upgrading of shower and boiler. The welcome and the check in and check out by Manel were excellent.
