Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring a brand-new king bed, soft area rug, nightstands and bedside lamps with windows overlooking a beautiful cedar grove. The room also features a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is designed for both comfort and fun, featuring a cozy queen bed and a twin bunk bed above, creating the ultimate sleepover spot. The third bedroom features a queen bed and cozy reading chair. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a sparkling tub/shower and vanity.

All bedrooms come with luxury hospitality-grade mattresses and linens to ensure restful nights. Each room is equipped with a SmartTV and YouTubeTV is provided for your convenience.

Complimentary allergy free and eco-friendly toiletries like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided in each bathroom along with hairdryers for guest use.

Kitchen & Lounge
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, expansive counter space, and custom cabinetry. Whether you’re making a home-cooked meal or grabbing a quick snack, you’ll find everything you need, including a toaster, oven, stove, and microwave. The custom coffee bar includes a coffee pot and tea kettle along with a starter supply of coffee and tea options.

The adjacent living area features a cozy gas fireplace with a mounted SmartTV, perfect for relaxing on chilly nights. The sunroom offers an additional retreat, with soft seating for enjoying a book and a dedicated workstation overlooking the woods for those who need to catch up on work.

The fire pit area is the perfect gathering spot, complete with Adirondack chairs and roasting sticks for cozy nights under the stars.

For outdoor adventure, two inflatable paddle boards with life jackets are provided, allowing you to explore the waters of Sister Bay Beach. Foldable beach chairs, beach towels and pool noodles for floating are also provided.

Garage Game Room
For year-round fun, Cottage & Bay features a heated garage game room, fully stocked with a pool table, foosball, ping pong, and pop-a-shot basketball. Whether it’s a rainy day or a late-night competition, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Cottage & Bay has external cameras monitoring the driveway and fire pit area for safety purposes.

After booking, you’ll be asked to sign our Rental Agreement, upload a photo ID to confirm age requirements, and place a refundable $300 hold (not a charge). Airbnb allows software-connected hosts to complete these steps securely outside the Airbnb app.
