"By far one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! Everything we needed was provided and there was more than enough space for our 2 families and grandma! Cathy was easy to reach and very helpful with any questions or recommendations! The Lake views and decks were amazing and being able to rent their boat made cruising the lake easy, convenient, and easily the family favorite thing to do… also it is a way better deal then renting from the Marina! Every summer we try to come out to meet up...

"This is truly a gem near DuPont National Forest. The property location is as close as you would expect - 10 minutes drive to all the waterfalls and scenic hikes as well as stores nearby. My family stayed for 3 days and we had so much fun at the cabin. It has pretty much everything and the owner Susan and Gerald were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The hot tub was a huge plus for the kids. We would definitely visit again. "

"Our week at Lake Jocassee was the perfect opportunity to unplug and rest. We were able to visit a few of the local parks. The views are incredible! We rented a boat just a few minutes from the house and explored all of the lake’s waterfalls. The property is a short drive to the beach. Michael was incredibly responsive and helpful. The neighbors were lovely as well; although there is plenty of space between homes. The property was beautifully kept. Hot tub, fire pit, grill, and family friendly...

"Melissa is by far the best host I've come across on all Platforms! She is so helpful, friendly and available for any needs! The cabin was absolutely STUNNING, clean and beautiful- the perfect cabin for a stay in the mountain. Melissa left us snacks and made sure we knew where everything is and equipped for anything we wanted to do or make. I would rate 10 stars if i could! Thank you and I'll definitely be recommending this place to everyone"

"We were very pleased and happy with the home. There were kyacks and a canoe that we used almost everyday. The grandchildren swam and played in the lake. The road up to the home was 1.9 miles and our daughter ran on it everyday for a total of four miles a day. Quite the workout! The owner supplied plenty of towels, tissues, paper towels dish soap and dishwasher detergent. There also was tide available if you didn’t bring your own. The home was clean and comfortable and the host was readily...

"This location is amazing. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants and everything. We rented a boat 10 minutes away for 2 days at Lake Keowee Marina and we put our fishing boat in at Cane Creek Landing 15 minutes by boat. Then we also went 30 minutes down the road to take a very short walk to see a beautiful waterfall in Wahalla. My family enjoyed this house so much. The kitchen absolutely has everything you need. There is so much space for families or couples because each bedroom has its own...

"First, David was a wonderful host! The communication was great! He cares about his property and his guests, and that is so appreciated. We loved the fact that it was tucked back out of the way in a natural setting, making us feel like we were in a tree house when waking up and when sitting on the back deck. Everything we needed was provided for us. If you need a "refresh", this is a great place to do it! We only wish we had more time there. We'll be back! Thank you, David, for an awesome...

"What an amazing place! Beautiful, rustic location for a get-away. Very clean, lovely spot, had everything you could need to stay for a short time or longer. Easy to access many attractions especially nature oriented. Definitely worth a repeat for us if we return to the area!"
