Maroon 5 Private home in quiet neighborhood

Our beautifully furnished home located in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood featuring two bedrooms upstairs with king and queen beds, two bathrooms, laundry, fully furnished kitchen, living rooms with flat screen television, office, and three season porch. In the furnished basement we have two rooms featuring three queen beds, these are considered Day Rooms as there are no egress windows, sectional and flat screen television in the family area. Amenities include free wi-fi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fenced yard, outdoor gas grill, attached single car garage with door opener, central air-conditioning and water softener.
Sergeant Bluff is a prime location minutes from the tri-state cities of Sioux City, South Sioux City, Dakota City, Dakota Dunes and just over an hour from Omaha, Nebraska and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Our Community offers a "small town" atmosphere with "big city" accessibility. Ring brand doorbell in use.

Not happy

It was located near railroad yards and was at the edge of a residential area with industrial area. After the second night I woke up with bug bites and moved to another area to sleep our last night. Let the manager know as we were departing, ( and after realizing it was not an allergic reaction but actual bug bites) he responded a day later and denied anything was found at the home. He was callous and uncaring. I have quarantined my luggage and treating my bug bites as bedbug bites. We were there only three nights and moving to another location would not suffice at that point. It took over one week for my bites to heal. Just dont want another person to experience similar. Very saddened by this experience. Will think twice about utilizing VRBO again in the future.

The lander properties are the best for both comfort and value.

They take great care to make it a relaxing and comfortable stay, with a fully stocked kitchen for food prep and entertainment options like the TVs and decor. Our host is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. This is the 4th year we have stayed with them and never had an issue that wasn’t promptly resolved. Highly recommended!

Beautiful

Came into town for a wedding and had so much space in this home! It was set up in a wonderful way and so easy to find what we needed. There is a grocery store and a dollar general across the street and super convenient. Perfect distance from things around town to do.

Plenty of room here!

We were 6 senior citizens gathered for a family reunion. Maroon 5 met our needs. The kitchen is generally well-stocked. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the main floor are very nice. On the lower floor are also 2 bedrooms and a bath. Suggestions for Brad: the dining room table only has 4 chairs, and is taller than normal height. For folks our age that is not comfortable. Also, there were only 4 coffee cups. For a house that can sleep 10 comfortably, the dining accommodations could use a boost!

Perfect for us

We had our family gathering and was impressed with all the parking this home has and all the space inside. The home is decorated nice and the grocery store is across the highway. Brad is a very good host. We definitely recommend this house for large families.

Loved it.

This place is great. Always super clean and smells good. Lots of space. The beds were very comfortable. There are grains close by but they are really not that loud. The owner is super easy to work with and is speedy with replies.

This place is huge. Main floor has two bedrooms and a large kitchen and seating area. There is a whole house down the stairs with large bedrooms and amenities. We were very pleased. The garage is clean and you can park your car there if needed.

Perfect for Families

Very nice, clean property. Quiet neighborhood and close to grocery store and fast food. Nice neighborhood to take a walk in. My husband, myself, my son, and my parents stayed at the property. Lots of room for us to spread out. Would stay there again if we ever are in the area. Listing said sleeps 6, but it in fact sleeps 10 as there are 5 beds.

A great place to stay with family!

We were 3 families and this easily accommodated all the adults and kids. (Some were infants). The owner was so kind and helpful and we had a great kitchen to cook for our large crew. We will keep this in mind for other occasions (than evacuating the Dunes!) Thanks for a great place to land. Blessings!
