"Nous avons adoré cet hôtel : très propre et silencieux, tout le personnel est gentil et très sympathique. La nourriture est délicieuse, tant au repas du soir qu’au petit-déjeuner. Le buffet chaud/froid du petit-déjeuner est très varié. Belle chambre et lit confortable L’hôtel est situé un peu en retrait de Bruges, mais l’arrêt d’autobus à 2 minutes est fort apprécié. Je recommande cet hôte sans hésitation."

"I was completely surprised by our view in Room # 12!!! Spectacular!!! Nice to hear the sounds of the plaza and see the view at night with the windows wide open. Great place for the price. I highly recommended Hotel Central. It has a restaurant entry and no lift to the 2nd floor, but the view from the room made it quite a magnificent stay!!!"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel right in the centre of Bruges. Blown away by the room, the pictures didn't do it justice. Window opened onto the canal, bed had proper sheets and blankets (why is that so hard to get in Europe?), and the bathroom was huge. No elevator but not too many floors and the stairs are manageable (i.e. not thinner than the width of your foot) so lugging suitcase isn't bad. Only knock I had was the shower. Bathroom was beautiful with an enormous bathtub but the water pressure...

"This was a delightful stay!! Central to everything. They have a unique vibe, Restoration Hardware would be inspired in the main areas and private courtyard. Very clean & fresh smelling all the time. The room was tight and some wallpapers pealing. Bathroom and shower were spacious. No cold fridge or AC which seems common in Belguim. The evening staff was exceptional every time we spoke with her. She also let us put our food in their fridge and she had very helpful advice. Would stay here again...

"The hotel was well situated in the old part of Bruges. The hotel arranged parking (20E per night) so we left the car and walked everywhere. Our room overlooking the canal was spacious but it only had one very small wardrobe and the bathroom had a not brilliant shower over the bath. The only mirror was in the bathroom. It was all a bit ‘tired’. We didn’t eat in the hotel but we did have a delicious ice cream with strawberries on the terrace overlooking the canal. There were many restaurants...

"The Jan Brito is probably one of the most unique and beautiful hotels my family and I have stayed at anywhere in the world. We loved the history of the building (just watch your head on the exposed wooden beams in the room)! The staff was kind and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect for all the beautiful sights in Bruges. We couldn't have asked for a better situation. Really. "

"Nice boutique style hotel within easy walking distance of tourist sites. I liked that the location was off the busy main streets on a side street blocked from through traffic. So the room was quiet. Hotel had a nice breakfast, a cute outdoor patio, and friendly staff."
