Luxurious Mansion in Sint-Laureins near Forest

In the midst of all the creeks you will find this beautifully furnished country house. Ideal for holidays with the family and children less than four.

The surroundings offer beautiful walking and cycling routes, among others in Het Zwin nature park. The landscape in Sint Laureins is characterised by vast polders, dikes, quiet creeks and rustling poplars along the canals. The unique creek area was created by numerous floods. There are many picturesque villages in the area and the beaches, for example in Cadzand and Knokke, are just a stone's throw away. Don't forget to visit the historic city of Bruges. For a relaxing day, you can visit Spa Leeghof and you can have a nice dinner at Restaurant Warande or Restaurant Polderzicht.

On cold days, you can enjoy dinner by the fireplace. In the cosy lounge you can read a good book and on warm summer evenings you can enjoy the sounds of nature in the garden, with a Belgian beer of course.
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Der Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Ferienhaus war Top. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zu vielen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns in unserer 14-tägigen Urlaubszeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit (insbesondere gute Deutschkenntnisse). Absolut empfehlenswert 5*

Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten lockt mit unterschiedlichen Sitzplätzen. Die Lage am Kanal ist sehr schön. Der Gastgeber war ebenso zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit wie zurückhaltend. Eine absolute Empfehlung insbesondere für Erwachsene, die Ruhe lieben.

We had a fantastic few days in the house. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome and a thorough tour around the property. The owners were very friendly and were able to talk to us in English, which was much appreciated! The house itself is as much as anyone could wish for. It is warm, well appointed and we felt instantly at home. The house is a short drive from local town, in which, you could find all of the essentials for a short stay. We spent a few days touring the coast and small towns in the area and spent our evenings curled up in the comfort of the various living spaces. Our kids particularly enjoyed having their own bathrooms and private space. We very much hope to return to the property for a longer stay later in the year. I thoroughly recommend the house as a place to escape to.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Umgebung,tolle Schlafzimmer (perfekte Betten)mit je einem eigenen Bad,durchdachte Aufteilung der Räume,sehr hell und rundum Fenster mit herlichem Ausblick.Der Kicker im Weinkeller ein unverhofftes Highlight! Unbedingt Tischtennisschläger mitbringen,moderne klappbare Platte,in einem tollen gepflegten Garten,der nur für uns zugänglich war.Idyllischer Blick auf die anschließende Schafwiese.Ein tolles Haus,schöner noch,als auf den Bildern im Internet. Einzig,der Herd hätte etwas sauberer sein können und am Mülleimer waren Ameisen.

My husband and I are travelling across Europe from USA and staying in vacation rental homes. This is the nicest home we have stayed in on our trip. This home had plenty of room for us with three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with one having a luxurious soaking tub. The home is located in the country by biking/walking paths along the canals. The home was modern with what appeared to me a new build or remodel. Very well kept and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. It was a good location for day trips to Brugge, Ghent and the countryside. The home owners were very friendly, helpful and nice people. We would return to this rental property in the future if our travels take us back to Belgium.

The home was beautiful and the surrounding area is very tranquil. It is 35 minutes to Brugges and Ghent and 1 hour to Antwerp. Our hosts brought us fresh eggs and we all enjoyed their kitty named Minou. This is a must stop for any travelers going to Belgium! Nancy Rose

Simply put, this is the most beautiful, tasteful, comfortable home we have ever stayed in. The hosts are beyond words - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and more. The home demonstrates superb decoration and comfort. The area is stunningly beautiful with walking paths everywhere. Could not have been happier and will for sure return - this is quite a special place!
