It is located in one of the newest residential complexes in Brașov, Vivamus Residence Park and can accommodate up to 4 people in a bedroom and a living room and is perfect for couples or friends who want to discover Brasov and its surroundings.

• To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the house.
• No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with GD 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of Article 2 paragraph (5). It is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete the check-in form sent in the messages.
