"清潔で、なんと言ってもスタッフの皆さんが素晴らしい！対応がとても早く、安心して宿泊できましたが、ただ1つだけ残念なのは、私は朝のホテル朝食が食べるのが、楽しみの1つなのですが、チェックインまで時間が有りすぎたので、早速朝食を食べに最上階に上がったら、受付とレジを担当していたちょっと年配の女性スタッフの態度が感じが悪く、コーヒーを取りに行くお客様達にも大変横柄な態度でした。しかしそれいがいは、大満足！来年のソウル旅行はロイヤルホテルソウルと決めてます。お世話になりました。有り難うござきました。"

"客室も清潔で、ダニが出ないようにも努力されているようで、安心して泊まれました。
メイクの方も笑顔も良く気持ち良く過ごせました。部屋の広さも丁度良く、シャワーの水圧がもう少し強ければ部屋は完璧だったと思います。ブレックファーストブュッフェ、種類は豊富でしたが、味がイマイチで、２泊しましたが、２泊目は近くのお店へ出向きました。ブュッフェはサービス部分ですので、良しとします。空後鉄道降りてすぐで殆ど直結という感じなので、すごく便利でした。
また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。"

"It's our second time staying at Voco Seoul Gangnam, and we absolutely love it! The location cannot be beat -- you're in Gangnam, and right across the street you can find so many different places to eat, shop, and explore. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, and an OLIVE YOUNG right across too. It's easy to walk to the subway or to the bus stop. The Dosan Park area is a quick ride away too :) Definitely our go to place in Seoul!"
