"We stayed only one night on the way from Denver to Moab. We arrived late but the staff were there to check us in and were super helpful. They told us that the boiler on our side of the building was not working and so hot water might be an issue. They offered us a free refund and reward points, but we declined since we just wanted a place to sleep. The room is nothing fancy but very functional, although we couldn’t get the TV to work. "Arrived late evening after our condo rental fell through due to wrong building code and terrible customer service. Staff was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and worked to find us a room with the amenities we were looking for. Stayed several nights and enjoyed the pool area, gym, and many good restaurants in the area. "

"Our room was large, modern, and quiet. Staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We appreciated the complimentary snacks and fruit throughout the day. The courtesy car was a bonus that we used when going into Avon. Will definitely stay there again if we are in Beaver Creek. "

"It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!"

"Incredible, from start to finish. Upgraded to a comfy room overlooking the Plaza. The front desk staff and Hunter the valet were excellent at their jobs. Short walk to several high end restaurants and a great restaurant in the hotel. Nice little spa as well. I loved my stay overall and I would certainly return."
