"Most importantly, the room was clean. Indoor slippers were provided as well.
The place is a little ways from the station, so be prepared to walk around 10 minutes to the nearest subway station.
Checkin was relatively straightforward- you can use a kiosk to check in/out yourself, and many languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese) are supported. There is also a multi-language currency conversion machine available in the lobby. Staff are okay and available at the front desk.

"Hotel very conveniently located right next to subway entrance. Walking distance to a restaurant and bar street in the area. Room is spacious and clean. However, some of the amenities in the room feel like they r falling apart. Shower drain doesn’t work properly, makeup mirror is water stained and wobbly, back-panel for under the sink cabinet fell off. Electric outlets in the room are a hit and miss too."

2人でツインの利用でしたがタオルは3セット用意されていているのがありがたい。
シャワールームでバスタブはありませんが、夏場だったので問題なく利用できました。
ソウル駅から地下道で行けるので便利です。難点は地下道 で何度か手動でドアを開ける必要があり、重たいのでスーツケースを持っている時に若干大変ですが、立地が良いので総合的におすすめできるホテルです。"

"Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable.
One of the biggest issues was the bathroom's sliding door. It would not stay fully closed and kept sliding open on its own, which was quite inconvenient. I would especially not recommend this hotel for couples who value privacy.
The soundproofing was also poor. The walls seemed very thin, and I could clearly hear the woman in the neighboring room walking around in high heels, which was quite disturbing.
I even spotted small bugs several times,...

"The hotel is in a superb location - very close to the AREX AirPort Express station making it convenient to travel to the ICN airport. Hongdae is an interesting and lively area. The view from our room window was excellent, and the room itself was large with comfortable large king bed. It was fairly expensive but you do get what you pay for. Excellent!"
