The condo is a spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, living room, dining area, free laundry on premises, full kitchen with lots of cabinet space, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and a spacious fridge with bottom freezer. We supply lots of kitchenware to make your cooking a breeze.

The bedroom:
This comfortable and restful bedroom has a Hilton signature King Size mattress. The room has a spacious closet and also a dresser, plenty of space for your luggage and clothes. A 6ft floor mirror and enjoy a movie on our 50-inch Roku TV.

Bathroom:
Full-size bathroom with tub, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, hand towels, face towels, bath towels.

The living room:
Boho/Coastal Livingroom beautifully decorated, the couch is a sofa bed with a 4.5-inch foam extended queen mattress and a 3-inch luxury topper; sleeps 2, a beautiful and comfortable wicker egg chair with footrest, a 50 -inch Roku TV equipped with Netflix and other Roku channels in addition to local channels. A TV center and games for fun family game nights for all our guests to share and enjoy.

Dining room:
There is a round 4 seating dining table

Kitchen:
The Kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, bakeware, pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, wine glasses, utensils, salt & pepper, organic olive oil, kitchen towels, chopping boards, storage containers, etc. You can cook a small meal or a grand meal very comfortably.

There is an outside shower to rinse off the beach sand and to rinse off the beach gear provided by us, which includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and a beach tote. Please do not have sand go down the shower drain or in the washing machine. There is also a hose outside that you can use to rinse off the sand.
Guest access
Walk, bike, or drive, parking is limited and strictly monitored due to the high demand of the area. Parking is free at our property for your use, max 2 spots.
Other things to note
There is a max of 2 pets allowed in the condo please make sure to add them to your reservation.
Please note there are 3 apartments in this building and sometimes noise can be heard from apartment 3.
$100 fee for all late checkouts that are past 11am unless checkout time was negotiated with host.
