Guests have full access to the apartment, plus the 2 patio areas,(front door, & side of building) Storage bin on side patio with beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear.
Propane grill on side patio for your usage. Please be sure to clean grill and turn tank off when not in use

2 Bikes are also available with combination lock. We do ask if you use them to please lock them wherever you go. Air pump in laundry room for your convenience.

No parties or events are allowed.
Due to limited parking at the building, each reservation is limited to one vehicle.

The homeowner has severe pet allergies, so pets are not permitted at the property. We do, however, accommodate trained service animals in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Guests making a reservation must be 25 years or older. Third party reservations are permitted as long as at least one guest staying at the property is added to the reservation prior to check in.

Up to 2 daytime visitors are permitted without prior approval. All visitors must leave by 10 PM. Any additional visitors beyond the approved occupancy or visitor limit must receive prior approval from the host. Unauthorized guests or visitors may be subject to an additional fee of $50 per person.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home or near the windows and doors. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. A $250 additional cleaning fee may be assessed if smoking occurs in prohibited areas.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol.

No fireworks are permitted anywhere on the property.

Harassment of neighbors, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.

If a party, event, or serious violation of the house rules occurs, the reservation may be subject to termination in accordance with the OTA policies. Additional cleaning, damage, unauthorized guest, or other applicable charges may also be requested.
