This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. Offering a dining table for 6 and boasting one of the largest floor plans at 1400 sq. ft, this unit is perfect to accommodate a large group of family. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

In-Room Amenities:
- Washer/dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances
- Basic cooking tools
- Utensils, dishes and glasses
- Bed linens and bath towels

Guests have free access to:
- Fitness Center
- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)
- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and waterfall
- Free towels available at pool for your use at the pools and the beach

Other on-site amenities offering paid services include:
- Snorkeling + beach activities
- The Kid's Club
- The Si Spa (full service spa)
- Beach chair rentals

Fees to note:
- The only on-site parking opportunity is valet parking, provided at an additional fee by Marriott (r)
- Daily housekeeping with or without a complete linen change is available at an additional fee

- There is an in-room internet charge of $9.95/day for up to 5 users. Owner of the unit will reimburse $9.95/day when receipt is submitted.

The property was best of both worlds with having all of the space of a condo yet enjoying the resort amenities. The condo could have been cleaned better, however.

Family Freindly condo/resort

Beautiful resort in singer island. The condo had wonder view from balcony of the beach & bay. Derek took great care of all our beach needs chairs etc. FYI take note, amenities are not included in this listing you have to purchase the Marriott resort fee to take advantage of all the amenities this Marriott property has to offer. We’ll definitely be visiting this property again, wonderful location in Palm Beach.

Exactly as described!

The Marriott has a great beach and is in easy proximity to spring training, which are the two factors we were looking for. Lovely staff, good restaurant, very good overall.

Beautiful Resort

This is a beautiful resort and unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend to others. Some minor things would be helpful like sufficient dishwasher detergent and paper towels to cover duration of stay. A new kitchen sponge should also be provided (old one in unit). And salt and pepper should be available. Some items that need to be fixed: faucet in guest bathroom, one of the burners in the kitchen did not work, light above stove was out and kitchen lights flickered.

BEST GIRLS TRIP!!!

We rented this property for our girls trip. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of space. We had only 1 problem and that was that the refrigerator went out on us and we'd bought food. It was out for about 12 hours before the maintenance man figured that the outlet it was plugged into was out. I contacted the property manager and she stated we would be compensated for the inconvenience. However, we never were. Other than that, I don't have anything bad to say at all. We had a great view and it was an overall wonderful stay.

Comfortable & Spacious

We are from NC & rented this property for our son's wedding in South FL. The unit was clean, comfortable & spacious. We were able to relax & spread out which helped during this busy time. The property manager was very accommodating & with a change in our schedule, they were able to re-rent the unit & gave us that as a refund...we are most impressed & very appreciative. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent People to rent from.

Check in was easy . Apartment was very clean and had all the utensils we needed to cook our own meals. Appreciate attention to detail, for instance my name on the TV when we walked in and little paper roses on bathroom paper.. It was great to have a dining table, which not all units had. Will stay again. Highly recommended

Fantastic condo on the beach

We were pleasantly surprised at the resort once we arrived. It is valet only, so that can be an issue if you plan on coming and going a lot, but that wasn't a problem for us. The condo itself was very nice (on the 20th floor) and with the property run by Marriot, there were a lot of amenities available to guest. The pool area was clean the and the beach was great.

Singer Island October Getaway

People were very nice in spite of the covid restrictions which forces us all to take the personality out of our interactions. The room is starting to show some age. The shower drain was clogged and the hotel management fixed it for a day. It was not completely fixed. The Toaster needed to be replaced or fixed. The wall outlet in the master bedroom behind the bed headboard is inconvenient and can be fixed with a simple addition of a power strip. The Master bath outlets are not GFCI and the main breaker would kick off by simply using the hair dryer provided shutting off all of those outlets. Not enough trash bags were provided. The door lock battery was dead when we arrived and we could not directly get into our room. This was an inconvenience after a long day of travel, however, hotel team reacted quickly to fix this and allow us in the room. The technician was friendly and worked swiftly to help us out of the hallway with our bags and into the room. He did a very good job. I valet parked every day as I was informed at the door on my arrival that there was only valet at the property. I found out later that this was incorrect information which was frustrating.

Perfect getaway

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. The room was clean and stunning, the property was beautiful, and the communication with the owner and staff was so easy and convenient. We never even left the property once checked in everything we needed was right there. I have two little ones that absolutely enjoyed themselves between the pools, beaches and games provided. Can’t wait to go back!
