"The photos listed online do not really show the room size. I checked in and got to the room and demanded a refund. It’s gross and unpleasant.
I left the hotel and was only there for 5minutes. I’m still waiting on my refund."

"Eden Roc Motel was the best value that we could find on the weekend that we went. It didn't feel especially modern, and our A/C struggled to cool the room. There were a couple of other minor issues, including that the bathroom door didn't latch securely and the toilet seat was a little loose. The breakfast was pretty modest (cereal, oatmeal packets, yogurt, and packaged mini-sandwiches), but we appreciated having something. The staff were pleasant, and the outdoor pool was a nice option to have....

"For the price it was, it was exactly what i expected. everything was kind of clean for the most part BUT, there were hairs on the pillows and bed. Miscellaneous spots on the sheets and on the shower curtain. The bathroom sink hot water nob was completely broke. I turned it on and it fell off.. it seems they just throw it back on and call it a day. some of the “ clean “ towels had spots on them, only a few not all. Overall, our stay was a 5/10. Beach is close and so is food spots that’s a plus....

"This is a no frills hotel, but the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The parking was very good as well. The air conditioning unit in the window was a little loud, but it worked fine. The room was small but clean. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people above us and outside in the hallway. There was only a push button lock on the door which may be a problem for some people concerned with security and safety. Overall, though, we got something better than we expected since...

"My expectations were low because of the price and the fact of it being a motel, but honestly, we will be staying here from now on. It is a little outdated, but in a cute “cabin like” way. The staff was fantastic, from the gentleman at the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone had a smile on their face whenever we saw them. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone."

"A diamond in the rough! Not pristine or glamorous and a little outdated, but it worked for a quick 3 day get away trip. The beds were very comfortable so it was easy to look past the outdated cosmetics of the room and bathroom. Love love love the location! It is absolutely perfect if you have small kids and want to be near the fun attractions OC has to offer. We have stayed here a few times and would definitely book again! Also, I really loved how they booked families with children all on one...
