Very clean staff was friendly

Not worth it!! You can not reach the front desk directly, ever- it’s impossible. Your call (even from your room phone) goes to some other place and you’ll wait on hold for a long time before somebody actually answers from somewhere in the world. And if you do the thing where they would call you back instead (so you don’t sit on hold), they DON’T call you back! You can not use the swimming pools after 5pm (so if you’re at a Convention all day, you’re out of luck!); can’t leave your car out front for 5 minutes just to go run your suitcases up to your hotel room when you first arrive; parking is kind of a long walk away, confusing to find, AND expensive; the rooms at least at the Hilton are dim and dark (with an ugly dark blue carpet design so it’s hard to see anything in your room); the mini fridge doesn’t hold a bottle of wine because it’s too small- AND it’s not cold! And most of the lounge chairs by the pool have to be reserved which means spending another $16-25 bucks. The wifi is just adequate (the ‘complimentary’ one) so if you want websites to actually load quickly you have to pay for the upgrade. There’s also nowhere to sit comfortably outside and just smoke a cigarette outdoors. And if your Reservation happens to come with “food and beverage credits”, these are very complicated and hard to understand so plan on spending time on hold then having somebody from their phone center try to explain the credits to you. Find somewhere else to stay!
