"The room was ok. There were some small stains on the sheets like pen marks or it touched something dirty. The tv did not work, phone was unplugged and wire behind the night stand which did not look like it had been cleaned. Tge rest was ok. "

"Don’t stay on this place. We have to check out a day early due to noise. You can hear everything from the streets, people above you and beside you. We have to transfer to a different room on our first day because the room smells like vomit. The bed is not comfortable and the sheets were rough. Will not stay there again. "

"I stay here regularly because it’s close to family, and highlights for me are the shower (if you’re in a room with a walk-in shower), the fitness room, and the breakfast. The updated rooms have nice bathrooms, with powerful showers, and comfortable beds. The fitness room has a lot of equipment- one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. And the breakfast spread is extensive, whether you want the buffet or à la carte. "

"Everything was great. It did seem like the one gentleman was just doing enough to get through the day. Not angry but no cheer or warm greeting at all. Karen was very happy which was nice. Bed was comfy room was clean bathroom was clean. Food was alright. I got chicken wings and the Parmesan fries. It seemed like they were chucked in the box. Everything was mixed together. This was my second stay and I will probably come back if I need to come to STL again. "

"A/C didn’t work in the room. We asked front to fix it. My daughter ended up fixing it. The maids service was lacking. We didn’t get the room we booked. We booked a suite and we got a regular room. "

"It was fairly clean for the most part but the bathtub could’ve used a quick rinse and maybe wipe out the fridge cause it was sticky, it’s not a super big problem just an observation. But the front desk lady was really nice she got us checked in and explained everything we needed to know! And it is definitely pet friendly because I saw a lady walking the sweetest pitty. "
