"Our first room was so hot abot 100 and the fan did not work. I called frontbdesk they said open the window. Then the fire arla m kept going off called front desk maintence came changed batteries. Then alarm continued. Then they changed our room . The next room had no heat called front desk they said to put fan on only blew cold air. Called front desk someone came up to check . Then gave us another room different floor finally 3rd room was ok. Should have been given money back or...

The room was unfinished, with no furnishi g beside the bed. No closet, no dresser, 1 random chair. The heat/AC was not operating at all. Demanded a room change & received a moderately better room for the night. Charged FULL rate. An awful experience. "
