"Beautiful room with the most amazing view. Eating a delicious breakfast on our terrace was just heavenly. The staff here are wonderful, they couldn’t be more helpful, but never in an intrusive way. I’d like to give a special mention to Tracey who greeted us with a smile and answered all our queries. "This is a beautiful boutique hotel with room patios that have a spectacular view overlooking the knysna heads. It is set on top of a hill but an easy walk to the mall and waterfront restaurants (not such an easy walk back!) Although the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are a strange shape, and it would have been better to have a sofa in the room instead of the swivel chairs.
