With three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, and style to spare, this fabulous home is an ideal retreat from which you can have limitless adventures in the one-of-a-kind Colorado Rocky Mountains.



As you enter this home from the front door or the spacious, two-car garage, you will immediately find that your comfort and convenience are at the fore with a cushioned bench where you can take off your shoes and coat and settle in. A long row of hooks spanning the hallway provides ample storage for outdoor gear or your latest purchases and a full bathroom at the end of the hallway is bright, clean, and ready for easy washing up with single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. A bedroom on this floor maximizes its space with two full-over-full bunk beds, one of which includes a futon, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for the younger set.

This home is located in the incredible Wildernest neighborhood, with access to amazing hiking trails such as Lily Pad Lake and Buffalo Mountain as well as the nearby Mesa Cortina Wilderness Open Space. Its tranquil and gorgeous mountain setting is still just a short distance from Silverthorne, with its myriad dining, entertainment, and shopping option, including the Outlets at Silverthorne.



Getting Around:

This home is a short, 3-minute drive from the Lily Pad Lake and Buffalo Trail trailheads, while also being less than 10 minutes from the heart of Silverthorne. The Wildernest Loop route on the FREE Summit Stage bus stops conveniently at the nearby Snowscape bus stop on Ryan Gulch Road. This convenient option connects you to Silverthorne Station where multiple routes can take you around town or to nearby areas such as Dillon, Frisco, and Keystone. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



The Homeowners Association in this community has a policy that prohibits the use of charcoal and propane grilling.

Our day was awesome. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Love the green efficiency of everything was heated through the floors through radiant heating. Plenty of space plenty of room nice facilities. I recommend this and I would rent it again on our next ski vacation to Keystone close proximity to all the shopping easy to get to.

The property manager (local vr) did not register our cars with the condo complex or tell us that we needed to do this We were allowed 4 spots but a car got booted resulting in a 144 charge.I spent every morning the rest of the trip trying to get this issue resolvedThe response from both VRBO and local VR was “sucks to be you” I have been a loyal VRBO customer for many years. I expected much better.

Great place to stay

This was our first trip to Colorado and our place was in a great location which made it easy to explore and experience the beauty of the state. Plenty of room for six adults. We had an extra room that wasn’t used and could accommodate 4 more kids if needed. The process was easy and the place had everything we needed for our stay. We’d come back here again
