Summit Central is your launchpad for Summit County's best ski and board experiences. And after a day on the slopes, come back to a fire in the fireplace, comfy couches, all the modern entertainment options, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious deck to fire up the grill. Lego sets, a doll house, wooden barn and tractor await the pint-sized adventurers too.

Summit Central is a cozy, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome located in the heart of Summit County and minutes away from world class skiing. It has been lovingly outfitted to ensure you feel at home from luxurious bed linens and towels to a fully stocked kitchen.

Wake up to expansive mountain views that span from Lake Dillon to the 10-mile range. You can even see Keystone's slope from the deck and kitchen windows.

Bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and can accommodate 6 adults. A king bed in bedroom 1 and a custom-made queen-over-queen bunk bed in bedroom 2.

THE LOCATION:
Summit Central is perched above the Dillon Reservoir in the scenic Wildernest neighborhood. This prime location offers easy access to the free Summit Stage bus which transports travelers to all the local ski resorts, the Silverthorne outlet mall for a little retail therapy and the mountain towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and Copper Mountain.

In the summer months, explore Arapaho National Forest with trails just a short walk from the front door. Or hike the White River National Forest Trail, the Mesa Cortina Trail or for a longer, more challenging adventure, the Continental Divide Trail. Not into hiking, Summit Central is a short drive to one of the most beautiful sailing lakes in Colorado (Dillon Reservoir) and several golf courses (Copper Creek Golf Course, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, the River Course at Keystone, the Breckenridge Golf Club, or the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks). Anglers will find gold-medal waters at their fingertips and biking enthusiasts will love riding the nearby passes or ripping sweet single track in Breckenridge.

Our stay was wonderful. Condo was easy to access, clean, and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of board games and activities to do with kids if you stay with kids. Would highly recommend. We stayed for a ski weekend and location to Keystone was excellent. Hosts were kind and easy to be in touch with.

The property had spectacular views, it was clean and updated. The lighting was a little untraditional, but worked out just fine. We had one incident where parking was questionable, but that is a risk with unassigned parking spaces. The owners were always very quick with responses and very helpful. I have recommended this place to others.

Awesome stay!

Perfect location! Appreciated the house manual binder after checking in. Only thing we didn't realize was the firewood situation, which I think I just missed in the listing. We registered parking online for two vehicles but did have one parking warning on the second vehicle on the last morning before checkout. Bathrooms stocked with toiletries and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing group meals. Would definitely stay again!

Ski Vacation

This is a lovely little place, with a FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN. They had everything. The location is great, close to all the skiing in the area. It snowed while we were there and the plows keep the road cleared off, never had a problem getting up and down the hill. I do have two observations about the condo: The beds are rock hard, they could use a foam mattress pad, and there is not enough light in any room but the kitchen.

Very clean and great location!

This property was the perfect size for our group of 6. It had all the amenities you could need, and we were 30 minutes or less away from any Colorado activity. Had an amazing time and would stay here again!
