  • Welcome to Blue River Flats in Silverthorne! Experience the perfect Summit County getaway in this spacious 2-bedroom condo, located just 50 feet from the edge of the iconic Blue River. Enjoy scenic strolls along Lake Dillon with breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range or take a short drive to Main Street to explore one of Colorado's oldest towns. With access to five world-class ski resorts, Lake Dillon, and extensive hiking and biking trails, this condo blends luxury, comfort, and convenience for your mountain adventures.

    Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen features high-end appliances and all the essentials to cook up a delicious meal. Enjoy granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and modern conveniences including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The open layout allows you to cook while staying connected with the living area.
    • A traditional drip coffee maker & Keurig are provided

    Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers a wood table with seating for 4. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony, letting in fresh air and lovely views of the Blue River while you enjoy your meals.

    Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath -
    • Primary Bedroom: King bed, wall-mounted TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and additional storage.
    • Second Bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed, office workspace, and closet. This room shares a full bathroom located next to the bedroom door and includes a single vanity & shower/tub combo.

    Balcony: Step through the sliding glass doors in the dining area to the wraparound balcony. Enjoy fresh mountain air while seated in one of the 3 outdoor chairs and take in the serene views of the Blue River.

    Laundry: The stacked washer and dryer are located in the closet along the main hallway.

    Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

    4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Really beautiful property and it had all the amenities one could ask for. We loved looking at the mountains from one side of the balcony and the river from the main bedroom. Super convenient location too!

Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely equipped. It had radiant heat which is great in the winter at altitude. It was a nice unit and I would stay there again.

It was outstanding, better than you can imagine!! Definitely would stay there again, great location to ski slopes and trout fishing right out back of the building, couldn’t ask for anything more !!!

This is a great unit! Overlooks the Blue River and you cannot hear any road noise. Perfect for what I needed: a month in the mountains at a central location with an extra bedroom for my daughters to visit.

Perfect Colorado mountain stay

What an amazing apartment in an incredible central location! The complex was still under construction, which we didn't know, but it was far on the other end and we didnt hear it. Super clean and well stocked place to stay!

Everything was very nice very clean comfortable nice location. The only issue we had was with the washer machine. It had a bad odor. We just put it through a wash without anything in it and it still had it. It’s a front loader and those type of machines have to have the door open when it’s not in use in order to air out and dry.

We had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful condo. It was perfectly set up to accommodate our family of 4 and very clean. Communication was great too. The best part was being able to open the windows and listen to the peaceful stream at night. The condo was centrally located in Silverthorne and in a great location. We can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful condo in a great spot. Kitchen was well equipped. Only issue was cable TV did not work and was never resolved.

Wedding Week

We got the spot for our wedding week. It was close to all of our locations, The Pad, the Pavillion and Sapphire Point. The condo was clean, well stocked, lots of towels. Curtains are not blackouts so be prepared to wake up to the sun!

Wonderful Flat right on River

These flats are really great and new- This unit is right overlooking the river so you get the views and the wonderful water sound. Nice porch to hang out and relax looking at the river. Kitchen was stocked with virtually everything we needed (including filtered water and ice on fridge-no need to buy water) and the bathrooms were excellent with plenty of extra towels. Bunk beds are huge so could put 4 kids there at a stretch. Only issues were poor check-in instruction detail (ie where doors and unit are-not labeled externally and not intuitive relative to the garage) and washing machine not working-but they made the latter right and did call us back regarding the entry issue. We did not use the garage much but it's handy if its snowing or you want to store luggage and toys. Overall highly recommend.
